I’ve been told that I only had 30 days to get with my sales rep to possibly fix the issue and they would get back with me because of them being busy. I had mentioned this probably within 17-20ish days and never received a response back as they stated. I feel this was purposely done to avoid the windshield thing.

Monica Lawhon has been my service advisor for 16 years and I love her, she has always done well by me. The technician in this case warranted my rating today, not her. My fuel tank straps broke in my tank fell out from underneath the truck. The tech was going to leave off the heat shield on my fuel tank, as the previous heat shield had been damaged during the incident and he felt I didn’t need it on there. I ordered a heat shield myself because he had not done so and I was concerned that the vehicle would not be stock if it was missing the fuel tank heat shield. When I picked up the truck the heat shield was on the wrong side of the fuel tank straps and I was forced to send it back to service again. It would have fallen off. The truck was left parked with no fuel in the tank and even though I brought it in with half a tank it only had about a gallon left in the tank and I was lucky to make it to a gas station down the road and even luckier that they did have diesel available at that location. It said I had 12 miles to go before empty and the gas light for a low gas condition was on. The part that concerns me is with the tank having fallen out from underneath the vehicle and been run over by the rear end how did the tech make sure the tank didn’t leak if he didn’t fill it with fuel.
