I arrived in the service lane and within 5 minutes I was waited on and my jeep was moved and was told both of my sun visors would be replaced at no charge with a new design while I waited inside. In about one they handed me my keys and I was on the road. Excellent!

Sebastian Martinez sold me a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. He stated he installed 4 new tires on vehicle and that the food on front and rear seats would be cleaned and detailed. He presented vehicle back to me with 2 dry rotted rear tires and food still on seats. He has flat out lied to me twice now and I am not happy! This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and his manager Brett stated he would take care of putting 2 new tires on rear. He did not fulfill what he said he would do either. I do not feel safe driving vehicle in present condition and no one is stepping up to the plate! I can be reached at 3619454310. Someone please address this matter. Thank you.

I have been lied to twice by Sebastian Martinez by him stating he put 4 new tires on my newly aquired vehicle. He also stated he would clean food off of seats in the vehicle and neither problem have been addressed. I took the vehicle to a state inspector where he stated tires are too dry rotted to pass inspection. Mr. Martinez stated the tires passed inspection by his inspector which will now open a full investigation on his inspector as well as his shady business practices. Mr. Martinez's manager Brett stated he would personally see that 2 new tires would be installed and this was not fulfilled. This matter will be presented to all it takes until matter is resolved. I have pictures of dry rotted tires that are represented by Mr. Martinez as being safe and the interior he stated he personally detailed. These tires are a safety issue which leaves the vehicle unsafe to drive,so I'm am stuck with a vehicle that will remain parked until issue is resolved. Someone needs to step up to the plate and call me which no one has. I had to call dealership after 4 days of no one calling me back to hear that it was ready and fully serviced. It is in exact condition it was in when I brought it in.
No response to food stained seats in my vehicle aquired through Lithia.I have been led to believe matter would be addressed by outside party with no such response. I am fed up with this purchase and I feel I've been railroaded. Thanks for the awesome experience at your shady dealership.
