peaceable people/team thank you for that, my complaint is that on departing/leaving I have a grease smudge on my driver side seat it is a fabric material and I did not bring my truck in with this grease smudge on my seat and is disturbing to not give you a better rating for this and yes I am offended for telling you this because you could or should have appropriate cleaning supplies just for moments like this to clean the fabric/material the seats are made of

While I've had poor experiences in the past with Lithia, this recent visit was a good one - fast and fair. The past 2 times I've been helped by Mr. JC Trevino, and my experience and opinion has improved with his service: professional and pleasant. I called him directly this past time and will continue to do so. I've been very pleased with my last visit.
