Oil chamge

They did amazing! Brought our Jeep in for its first oil change and had to wait a little while due to so many vehicles coming in at the same time. But overall was not a bad visit. As always this dealership has gone above and beyond!

Love Lithia

Used Vehicle Purchase

truck was there for constant repairs and no help was given.

My truck never got fixed properly...had to purchase a Ford. I called everybody and no one helped. I will never purchase a Dodge again.

Terrible Finance Manager

We went into this dealership looking to price the new vehicles they had in stock and decide whether we wanted to trade in our vehicles or keep them. The salesman we ended up with was great and answered all the questions we had. He was never pushy and in the end we decided to trade in our vehicles. Unfortunately, the finance manager did not have the same quality of customer service etiquette as the salesman. He was very unprofessional and was in such a hurry he had to reprint the contract at least three times. We had to sign triple the amount of pages we would have if he had done his job correctly in the first place. Whats most upsetting about this company is the lack of initiative to pay off the vehicles you've traded in. It's nearly two months later and we're still paying on three vehicles, two of which we no longer own. If at all possible don't make the same mistake we did, don't allow ALBERT to help finance a vehicle for you. Even after the bank paid them, he still has not made any effort to have our cars paid off yet they have already been sold.

Vance was very knowledgeable and very helpful on helping us get into a truck at the end of the day with the best deal he could get us. We are vert satisfied with our visit.

Disgraceful to Women

Very disappointed in this dealership! Went in to trade my vehicle and the salesman said absolutely; Lithia would help me trade in my vehicle and lower my payment. After 2 hours of searching for a vehicle .. that he wanted me to buy , I said I wanted a particular vehicle; well it was a NO! I had the down payment and the credit to get the vehicle but the only reason the salesman was helping me was because he thought the man who accompanied me (who was my father) was going to co-sign. When I said no I was the person purchasing the vehicle and he had nothing to do with the deal the Sales Manager refused to help me trade in my vehicle. Well, a month later I received a letter from the financing company stating they were waiting on a better offer submitted by the dealership in order to approve the loan. Women avoid Lithia! No respect!
