Chase w/ Lithia made our transaction a happy one!!

My husband and I were looking to trade in my car and test drove several different SUVs until I found "the one". That turned out to be a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Lithia Dodge CC. We signed up for a VIP appt and Chase Murchison helped us from start to finish. He was extremely easy to work with, informative, and diligent in finding us the perfect match. He was literally the first salesman I have ever worked with that did not rush me into making a commitment to a purchase but instead was incredibly kind and efficient in sealing the deal. I would recommend this Lithia dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle. And I would send them to Chase to make their transaction happen. It is so refreshing to find someone so helpful, ready and willing to find whatever it is that I am searching for. I have high standards and they were exceeded. It was definitely worth my time to write this rave review. Thanks Chase and Lithia for finding my dream car! I appreciate you! - K. Power

My third truck I've purchased at Lithia Dodge. The service was fast, friendly, and no hassles. I would recommend my friends and family to Lithia Dodge. Thank you Steve Wray.

Great service after communication issue was addressed

I went in without considering that as my husband looked for a truck, I would be convinced to buy a van. The sales person, Cody Clemens, who greeted us was polite, informative and attentive. He was literally running between our table and the sales manager room at several points during the first evening we were there. We agreed to a Dealer Trade that first evening (Wednesday) and were promised if anything was an issue we could refuse it. Once we agreed to the Dealer Trade we were told we had to sign something showing intent to buy so they could transfer it. We were there from 5:30 until well after closing time, almost 9:30 pm. At this point, with 9 month old in tow and not having dinner, I was very tired, hungry and irritable as was the baby. I asked to come back the next day because I had no clue what I was signing. There was a breakdown in communication and the finance manager had me signing the actual purchase agreement without me realizing (this was after 9 pm with a baby becoming more irritable by the minute). The vehicle arrived Friday from the other dealership, I visually looked at it but was not convinced I wanted it. They'd placed me in a loaner vehicle guaranteeing that it was identical to the one in transport minus the Entertainment Group options. In the three minutes I spent driving down the street, I knew it was not for me. It was after closing, near 9 pm and they'd had me drive it home to see if I liked it. So they couldn't give me my trade in vehicle because it was too late, so I was to go in the next day. I couldn't get my trade in vehicle the next day because the person with the keys was already gone and they were in a locked office. Monday morning I received a text saying that the car I didn't want was already funded - I was shocked to think I wouldn't be able to get out of a car I didn't want and was assured I could refuse. So I immediately went to Lithia to correct the situation. Brant Bunney worked his tail off behind the scenes to correct the horrible breakdown in communication. I ended up in the vehicle they had originally using as the loaner vehicle. I am so pleased with their perseverance to fix the breakdown in communication and so glad to not be stuck in the vehicle I didn't want. Cody made sure everything was handled and that the vehicle was ready for me on Tuesday after it was detailed. There were points where I wanted to throw in the towel, walk away and keep my original trade-in vehicle after they reversed the originally funded car. I'm so glad their service kept me happy enough to stick it out to the end because now I am in my dream mom car.

Excellent Customer Service

Steve Wray was professional and attentive. He helped us and we never felt pressured to buy. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. We had not purchased a vehicle in over 10 years and were not looking forward to the experience. Steve made us feel comfortable from the beginning. If it weren't for Steve we wouldn't have probably purchased a vehicle at this time. Thanks to both Steve and finance for your help.

Financing department is TERRIBLE!

Worst day experience at Lithia Dodge today. My wife and I bought a car from there at the end of the year. We were there for 5 hours that day and went back and forth on all kinds of numbers ranging from down payment to payment plans. I knew what we could spend and did not go any higher than that. When all was said and done, we paid $500 down on credit card and did a $1500 Check to be deposited a month later for a total of $2000. Fast forward to today and I get a call saying that we still owe $500 for our down payment. What?!?! They ask that we go in, and since I am out of town, My wife goes in with the two kids in tow. The finance guy makes her feel completely stupid saying that that is what our signature says We agreed to. Of course, staple to that signature page is the 3 other pages where we were going back and forth on the amounts to the point where the back of a page is written on. But my question is why would you let me leave the dealership if I didn't give the full payment down as promised with the new car? Something is totally fishy about this whole thing. By the end of it, Our 18 month old is screaming, black mascara is running down my wife's face because She knows what We agreed to and She handles our finances so She knows what we can afford. She give them a check for the amount, question their code of ethics and vow to never purchase a vehicle from there again. If the sales manager, Albert had simply said "You know what, I messed up, but you still gotta pay it" we'd have been more understanding. He passed the buck onto my wife and didn't admit fault. Poor show.

Good Salesman

I have purchased 3 used vehicles in the recent past. I am very pleased with all of them. All have been purchased from your salesman Stuart DeKoch, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Stuart when it is time for a new vehicle. I love your new building!
