The worst experience I've ever had buying a car.
The worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I bought a car and they said it would take a few days to get it vacuumed oil changed and a check on it then a two weeks later it still was not done. Then when I went to get a loaner to go on a trip I had planned they bring my van out telling me that the AC did no longer work. Mind you the AC worked when I bought it. When I got back from my week-long trip my salesperson tells me I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the van had still not been put in the shop. So it had been 3 weeks I told them I just wanted my $1,000 back I put down and to cancel my loan they told me it was not possible that I had to trade into one because the air conditioning in the van had not been fixed. I am very unpleased with how they handled their business and will not be going back to them to get another vehicle.
