Took our Chrysler in for an Alignment, the person who was

Took our Chrysler in for an Alignment, the person who was suppose to check us in was rude and made me feel like i was a bother. Then when it was time to pick up the car it was worse than before apparently the mechanic didn't do what he was suppose to do. We had to wait another 30 min to and hour to get it fixed. If i didn't know the difference on how my car was suppose to fell who knows what would have happened.
