Service on the car itself was pretty quick.

Service on the car itself was pretty quick. Had to wait on shipment of repair item but other than that timely repaired. Taylor is great to work with.

Overall great experience from start to finish! Frank (Service Advisor) totally explained the whole service process to me. He was very professional, polite and considerate in taking extra care that all my concerns / issues with my vehicle were the Service Department's top priority. Every issue was totally addressed and completed to my total satisfaction!

The Best Customer Service in Nashville!!!!!!

I was really having a bad day already and the service that I received was one of a kind> The lady that was working in the Customer Service Department her name was Cydni and she was so kind and so knowledgeable about my situation and that really calmed me down. There's nothing like someone that knows how to make someone feel better about the situation they are going through. My problem was solved in a very timely manner and I cannot thank Freeland Chevrolet enough for their expertise in helping me.

Outstanding Dealership!!!
