I've been shopping with Hepperly for while. Every vehicle I have bought from there they have treated me so much time and attention. Listen to what I want and need and getting that vehicle. I deal with the boys on the west and I must say they are the friendliest people I have ever met. They know be by name and we could sit and converse for hours. They will never put you in a car they don't think you need or something may go wrong with it. Overall I have never had the experience I have had with them at any other car buying. I actually enjoyed my time with them while looking for the right vehicle.

I came all the way from Ecuador to buy my car here. Everyone was very helpful!! Buying a car is normally not a fun thing for me, however this transaction went so smoothly I actually enjoyed buying a car.

I called and tried to speak to "Brian" on phone. He was distracted and talking to several other people. I asked him some vehicle specific questions ..."does it have a roof rack and tow hitch?" He pretended to be looking at it and answered my questions. I called from an hour drive away and told him I was coming to look at it. When I got there, he was running here and there and disappeared leaving me in a very cold waiting room for about 15-20 min. He finally came back and said, Oh that vehicle is at our other location across town. I decided that this company was way too unprofessional to deal with. What a nightmare it could turn into if I bought a vehicle and had a problem with it. I'll just spend my $10,000 elsewhere!!

I had a very good experience working with Donnie. He took care of the issues on the 06 Jeep Wrangler that I purchased and did his best dealing with me. I am someone with a hectic schedule and do not have time to waste. Donnie was aware of my hectic schedule and did his best on keeping my 'buying' process to a minimal. Thanks again!

My husband and I recently found ourselves in a "need a newer car quick" situation. I found a van we liked Hepperly's website and called Josh about test driving. He had the car ready and running when we got there to drive it. We loved it of course and started the buying process. Within a day we were driving off the lot with 3 very excited boys.
