Great experience

Went in for alignment service, and was greeted right away and friendly. While waiting for done service I was at comfort with lounge and food there.

Great

Gabe G was super patient and helpful with me. He worked hard to get me what I was comfortable with, payment and vehicle. Would I recommend NP Toyota and Gabe, heck yes and already have.

Couldn't find what we were looking for in Austin, called the dealership in San Antonio in the morning, and by the afternoon, Alan Poole had located just what we were looking for in El Paso. His patience and his follow-up were excellent. We felt like he really wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

I went to North Park to check my prius car, Michael verified all records of my car in tge computer and gave me the best recomendations. At the end I got my fixed plus cleaned. Thank you!

Best dealership by far working with

Scheduled an appt online Tuesday afternoon. Took the first one at 7am Wed and was waited on quickly. Francisco helped me get in and out. Went over my care package and reassured he would be with me every step of the way for future services on my vehicle. I have dealt with several dealerships in the past and always wait over 4 hours for service even when I had an appt. so relieved it wasn’t this time around at North Park! Thank you

Great Service!

Great service again today! I’ve been taking my vehicle to North Park Toyota for servicing for approximately 3 years now and have not had a bad experience yet! Michael Cisneros is my advisor and he is always very friendly and professional each and every time I go in! Kudos to Michael! And all of the other staff I have interactions with are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this service department.

Great job

I’ve bought 4 brand new vehicles there in the last 18 months and paid cash, I’ve been taken care of by (sales) Christie Sanchez, Koda, Thalia, they were just fantastic. Patrick Lancaster was great also. If I ever buy another car it will be there. All I ask is that you’ll take care of my service needs.

Great service experience

Every time I go to service any one of my Toyota vehicles, I have 4, I look for Yvette Gooding she takes very good care of me. She explains everything they’re going to do to the car, and about how long it’s going to take. You have a great employee there.

fast and courteous service

i went in for a oil change and tire rotation last minute and was helped right away and done within a hour on a bust Saturday afternoon
