Tommy was the best!

Tommy was the best! Very good at explaining the cars systems, answered all questions, and made the buying experience great. We were not familiar with all the features on these new cars and his knowledge and patience was very much appreciated. I would definitely buy another car from him. Preston was also very kind and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the warranty and financing information. Both were a pleasure to deal with. I definitely would go back to Toyota of Pullman and deal with Tommy!

I bought a 2024 toyota camry from them at the beginning

I bought a 2024 toyota camry from them at the beginning of this year. I only have 9.6k miles on it right now and I have a bulge in the side wall of my tire. I never hit a curb or pothole or anything and was told that it was likely a manufacturing defect. So I asked Toyota of Pullman if they would replace the tire and they adamantly told me that tires are not covered under warranty. Regardless of the fact that they sold me a defected tire, they refuse to fix the situation. I called 3 other dealerships and explained the situation as if I'd bought the car from them and all 3 were ready to replace it, free of cost. Toyota of Pullman will sell you defected vehicles and then make you pay to fix it. Do yourself a favor and buy from any other dealership. You can usually get cars shipped to different dealerships, Lewiston Toyota is fantastic and will actually help you with these kinds of issues.

After an unnerving auto accident, we went online to Toyota of Pullman to find a vehicle. Checking their website, we found one that was interesting and called. The salesman, Tommy Coffee, after hearing our needs for a new vehicle, brought a car to our house for us to test drive. Talk about going the extra mile?! We are so pleased with the service department who fixed a couple of things and for Tommy for taking us through a very stressful experience. Thanks, Buddy. Can't thank him enough. The entire purchasing experience was pleasant.

The entire purchasing experience was pleasant. My sales Rep, Tommy Coffee, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very informative. The test drive was amazing. I hadn't purchased a new car for thirteen years and I had no idea of the level of driver assistance now available in new Toyotas. Tommy showed me how it all worked and helped me as I familiarized myself with the systems. The entire purchasing process was painless. The entire staff were helpful and friendly and efficient. I got a great car that I'm really enjoying. If you want a new car; go see Tommy

I came in to get a quote on a new key.

I came in to get a quote on a new key. When asked y’all told me it was 800-1000 dollars. I walked out. I knew I was being scammed, whether it be because I’m a girl or in my 20s, I got told a ridiculous quote. I called my dad. Told him to call and ask. He called and you know what they told him. “Itll be 375”. He then asked why they told me 800-1000, and they said cause they thought I wanted top notch brand new keys and stuff. They didn’t tell me that. They lied to get more money outta me. Ridiculous! Do not come here, I do not trust this location. Especially if your a girl and a student.

First new car in a very long time.

First new car in a very long time. It’s good to see that Pullman is filling its lot now. It’s been a rough few years. My experience was like hanging out with a friend. John Tucker was very different than past new car shopping. He and the General Manager and really all the sales people were very helpful, friendly and knew every inch of the car and I left with a car and all I needed to know. I was impressed they all worked and helped each other even though it wasn’t their sale. Every question was answered plus a zillion things I didn’t know to ask about. Thanks for a good experience and an amazing new car.

We had an excellent experience dealing with Toyota of Pullman. Our sales person Tommy was just great. He took the time to show use several different models and give us time with no pressure to make the choice that was right for us. He helped find the "just right" vehicle and we couldn't be more pleased with our new Highlander. Tommy took the time to show us all the bells and whistles and we left with a good understanding how everything worked. Thank you!

This dealership screwed my sister over HARD.

This dealership screwed my sister over HARD. Even with nearly $8000 down, they stuck her with a 8.89% loan. Super shady and greedy. You should be ashamed of yourself.
