Always a pleasure dealing with Treasure Coast Lexus. Their service is as great as the cars they sell.

Treasure Coast Lexus was a lifesaver for us. The Service Department and our Service Director, Kathy Register, were excellent. We had major wire damage from a rodent while visiting Florida. They worked with our insurance, obtained parts and expedited lengthy repairs to get us back our car the day before we needed to leave. We had a loaner while our car was repaired. We can’t thank you enough!

We do not live close to this dealership. With that said everyone at this dealership makes you feel important and cares. I would like to acknowledge 3 people who makes coming to this dealership a pleasurable experience. Mr. Woods, the owner who takes time out of his day, meets with customers and takes an interest in any concern you may have. Howard Kent, our salesperson always knows when we are coming up to bring the car in for service and meets with us, we catch up and he always makes sure we are totally happy with our vehicle. Then there is Kelleigh Congdon our Service Manager. It is probably the notes she takes but she remembers every concern we may have had, makes sure it is addressed and follows up to make sure everything that we may of previously been concerned about is no longer an issue. The people who work at Treasure Coast Lexus just make you feel at home and comfortable whether it was the purchase of the vehicle or bringing it in for scheduled service.

A unique dealership. The owner, Mr. Woods met with us to say hello and see how we were doing including thanking us again for our Lexus vehicle purchase which was over a year ago. Our salesperson, Howard Kent, has always spent time with us when we have come to the dealership for service and goes above and beyond to make our time there an enjoyable experience. Howard genuinely cares about his customers. Then there is Kelleigh Congdon our Service Director. Again cares about why you bring your car in, cares about the time you spend at dealership while you are waiting and remembers concerns you may have previously had as well as knowing what your concerns if any for a routine service. Overall, I have found the people at Treasure Coast Lexus are a caring and concerned group that remember and care about you long after you have purchased or leased a vehicle from them. A unique trait for a car dealership and we have bought or leased many vehicles in our lifetime. In all my years, I rank Treasure Coast Lexus as #1.

They installed a receiver hitch I purchased on my wife’s car. It looks good a is working great.
