Very positive experience with my sales person Michael Klein. He handled everything online with me and had the paperwork ready at the dealership upon my arrival. He was knowledgable and pleasant to work with. A great asset to the dealership. I give the dealership overall 4 out of 5 stars. I was purchasing a used Lexus and upon my driving it and review of the overall condition there was items that should have been addressed before I saw the car. It wasnt as clean as it should have been inside, glitches in the software, sunroof issue with a part broken and other minor problems that should have been seen. There was a funky odor in the car too. The dealership made good and took the car in for repairs and gave me some new rubber floor mats. Gave me a loaner and the service area is top notch. Thank you Michael Klein and Tina for a pleasant ecxperience.
