Paya's North

This is my third car purchased from payas's. Two from the essex location mazda x3 and acura rdx. One from the williston location acura txl. The staff has always been great to work w/ and very helpful.

Bought it with 25 miles now has 41,000 and I never have had a problem. Very glad I made the decision to purchase vehicle here. I’ve also had great luck with the maintenance and of it only thing I had wrong was a blinker and they fixed it.

Horrible, do NOT buy a car from these people. I had a 22000$ check from my bank and was signing the paperwork when I noticed it said "rebuilt title" They assured me I would have no problems but I did. I replaced sensors until the transmission went out right after the warranty,5000$ and sent photos of the insice with the water residue. They said it was not the inside of my transmission! They won't reimburse me for my towing, or hotel fees and are not sorry!

I purchased a new car that was damaged and had 25 miles on it. The car was retailed 28,000 and I paid 14 five. I was nervous at first but I’ve had it for three years and besides a couple of blinker issues I have not had any problem with it. I found the dealership very cordial and helpful along with the mechanic.

Bought a 2019 Chrysler pacifica and we've had nothing but the best service. Payas staff is so attentive to the customers needs and made everything from getting financing to owning the vehicle so smooth compared to the big box car dealerships! Thank you Payas!

Embarrassingly I don’t know how to use a tire gage or how to put air in tires, so when a warning light alerting me to tire pressure issues an hour before a big trip, Payas came to the rescue! On top of taking care of the tires it was noted the inspection was due and they took care of that too. In another great service experience, after being quoted by the dealership, Payas did the same job for nearly half the price?! The folks at Payas are friendly, helpful, and honest, I couldn’t recommend them more!

Brian at Paya's was incredibly helpful when my car battery died. He was immediately responsive and got the car towed and repaired in the same day! They were extremely accommodating in addition to their excellent customer service, and made the effort to make this as stress-free for me as possible.

Everyone at Paya's was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They made the process easy and quick and were very communicative. This was the second car I bought from Paya's and both times was a great experience.

Paya's North is amazing. I bought my first car from them in late 2017 and after getting into an accident a few days ago, they got me into a new car just yesterday! Tom was incredibly friendly and easy to work with and he ensured that I was happy with everything before walking out the door. Incredibly happy with Paya's North!
