Perfect experience

Traded in my old car & bought a 2017 BWC convertible from Scott Vogel. Could not have asked for a better experience. No pressure. No stress. Scott & the whole team were professional & courteous from the moment I walked in. Thank you Autolenders & Scott. I will definitely return!

Highly Recommend!

Thomas took excellent care of me, finding me a car that had every feature I could want! He made the process quick and effortless. I have had nightmare car buying experiences prior, but this purchase will definitely have me coming back again for my next vehicle. They even called me the following morning to check in on everything. 10/10 experience!

Bad customer service

This review is for Chris gray…i had the worst experience ever with these people…i went in to look at a Hyundai suv that i wanted but also was straight up with them i had an offer in a different dealership and told them what was there price nd monthly payment to see if they can beat it…we went in to auto lenders nd spoke nd gave all info to run our credit nd give us an monthly payment but instead was treated like they didnt need our business becouse they sell alot of cars…but was told something totally different before leaving the place and expecting a call back with good news…then they call back saying like are you sure you gonna but it…i explained if you can give me a good deal then YES we can go get it…but instead was treated like if we was lying nd brushed us off…

BUYERS BEWARE!

BUYERS BEWARE! Worst car experience ever! If I could leave zero stars I would! The actual transaction of purchase was pleasant, but was sold a certified pre-owed car with nonstop issues. When contacted for them to buy it back after leaving car lot, was told “wasn’t their issue, it’s a Chevy issue” and “car isn’t worth that much” Although car had issues from the moment we drove it home and we had no negative equity or trade in with purchase to affect payoff. Also took it back to auto lenders and once they realized it was under GM warrant they refused to work on it as well, went through two GM dealerships. Bought car 10 months ago and have driven it for probably 2 months total. With a $515 monthly payment, it’s a disgrace. Vehicle only had 10,000 miles on it. New engine has been replaced by Chevy. The vigorous mechanical and safety tests is a joke. Also asked to speak with corporate and continued to get transferred to same sales manager (Mike Hodgins), who was no help. They had my phone number down incorrectly as well after trying to update 3 times. Never was offered any kind of rental as well, while car has been in GM dealership for months, leaving us to pay a payment and have no vehicle to drive. Overall auto lenders was a head ache, waste of my time and money, and inconsiderate.

First time customer.

I needed a new work truck ASAP. On a recommendation from a friend who had bought from them, I had a look at the Auto Lenders web site. I found a truck at the price range I could swing and reserved it. In a short period of time I was contacted by Auto Lenders. This was a Saturday and I was told the truck I was looking at was up in Lakewood but they could have it in EHT Monday afternoon and I set an appointment. The truck was there. I was allowed a lengthy test drive and personal inspection. My salesperson was W. Scott Vogel. He was very clear about the transaction and helpful in understanding the process. He also handled my trade-in. I was a late appointment in the day and he was there throughout. As for the dealership itself everyone was courteous and professional. The finance officer also named Scott was helpful as well. Unlike some of their local competitors the lot here is full. And it’s busy. They were doing a brisk business while I was there. They do have a fairly large service area and I haven’t gotten there yet, but I’ll be sure to forward any positive experience I have there. For me, so far, they’ve done everything they said they would and I’m very happy with my 2015 Ram.

Always a great experience

Bought our second car from AutoLenders. It was once again a great experience. The car we wanted to look at was in Toms River, they brought it to EHT for us. No pressure sales. Scott was great and the whole experience was good. We got a great car at a great value.

Fabulous Lovingly Used SUV

WILL KOSTURKO a name and great salesman to remember. Will was very accommodating and he makes every effort to satisfy your needs. I didn't feel stressed as it used to be buying big ticket items. The atmosphere was much more "neighborly" and allows you to think through your decisions. I was very pleased with my decision to go to Auto Lenders and of course Will Kosturko as my salesman. I'd do it again.

They Don't Care About You

I recently bought a car from AutoLenders in Egg Harbor Township. I waited to write a review until some time after the purchase to get an accurate idea of how AutoLenders does business. The salesman helping me, Ed, was friendly and took the time to listen to my wants and my concerns, and took time to know me as a person, which was appreciated. However, upon installation of my tags, I was informed I would need a new front bracket to secure the tag to on the front of the car. I was told to call in a couple days to confirm it was ordered. I did so, and was told it was ordered. I would get a call back in a couple days when it was in. A week and a half went by. No call. I then attempted to reach out to the service center multiple times throughout the week, and never got an answer on the phone. I then went in person, two weeks after being told the part was ordered, and was told the part was never ordered. I would get a call in a couple days. Another week goes by with absolute silence on the part of AutoLenders, regardless of how many times I call and leave messages. I called my salesman, who assured me the part would be ordered and I'd get a call back later that day from the service manager. No calls from AutoLenders for three days. I called again, and asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Aaron, was the first person to take direct action and physically go to the service area. He informed me the part had arrived, and I could finally come get it. Though the part itself is insignificant compared to the internals of the car, this ordeal showed the truth about AutoLenders. As someone who works in service, the customer service here is horrendous. Complete silence is totally unacceptable. Waiting is not a big deal for me, but what is a big deal is keeping me in the dark. If I did the same at my job, I'd be fired in a flash. Yet, no one at AutoLenders really took the time to make it right. The closest I got to that was Aaron, which I'm thankful to him for. I'm glad I waited to write this review. Once you hand your money to AutoLenders, they no longer care about or respect you as a customer.
