I could not be happier with my experience buying a used car from Lexus of Westport! I was dreading the car-buying experience, especially looking at used cars, as you never really know what you might end up with. But the sales consultant we were working with, Michal Moczulski, was upfront and honest right from the start, even pointing out some minor cosmetic blemishes we overlooked. He was very patient and friendly throughout the whole (relatively quick) process without ever being pushy. I have been to other dealerships to look at used cars, and was not impressed with the usual sales tactics that were used...I ended up purchasing an older model RX330. And although it was one of the oldest and least expensive cars on the lot, the whole staff treated me as if I just purchased one of the most expensive. Michal not only took great care of me throughout the buying process, he was very responsive to my subsequent questions after the purchase. I had a great experience with every staff member I worked with and highly recommend Lexus of Westport.

I had my 40000 mile service done at new country Lexus . It was a breeze to begin as I was attended to very quick and was explained all the requirements and once I agreed to it , I was off in my loaner which I had it pre booked . Chris was good in calling me back and updating about the service . I was back in in time after work to pick my SUV .
