Lexus of Westport

The Lexus dealership in Fairfield gave excellent service. they accomodated my work schedule by giing me a late afternoon appointment. They were extremely courteous, prompt , and efficient when I arrived. Jason took down all the information and made sure to listen very carefully to any issues I was having. The car was completely quickly. I was having some difficulty with the computer system which was repaired perfectly. Jason then showed me several new features on my Lexus that I was unaware that I had. All in all an Aplus experience

Our salesperson, Mr kwesi Osafo, was very knowledgeable and courteous. The best part is, he was not pushy. My wife and I were so impressed by Mr Osafo that we ended up purchasing what my wife really wanted, the RX 350. I would highly recommend Mr Osafo and the Westport dealership.

Yulissa rodriguez was my sales consultant . She was very helpful, courteous and professional. I was impressed by the whole experience from test drive of my RX350 to the delivery of it . She found the car I wanted exactly as it was not at their showroom and had it delirvered within a few days . The whole transaction was handled very professionally when we picked it up . Loved the technology specialist idea. He was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car . I would buy here again for sure !

Great service department, professional staff, comfortable waiting area. Always follow through on recommended service issues and they want to see that repairs are done right and that I am satisfied. Staff have gone out of their way to see that I am not inconvenienced with drop off and pick up of vehicle, as the know I live a distance away. Having both a GS350 and RX350, It makes for a good experience to work with NC Lexus. Jim
