no pressure, but helpful sales experience

Buzz was so friendly and no pressure in letting us choose the vehicle we wanted. But most of all, he bent over backwards to work with management in finding us a better equipped vehicle, after the one we found online was no longer available. A big thank you to all the staff at Everrett.

Excellent

John was full of energy and very kind we got to share the love we all had for Jesus and would recommend John Riggs to others.we also got to all pray for our son Garrick that had health issues.

Beating Expectations

SAYWARD went out of her way to find a vehicle that met my stringent requirements. We drove several cars on a cold January day. She never once complained. Hers and the dealership customer service was seamless throughout. It was a long day; because of choices and paperwork. It was getting late and SAYWARD bought dinner. A new car and a free meal. Couldn't beat that! Ifor you're looking for a patient, knowledgeable and cares about your needs type salesperson ask for SAYWARD at Everett.

Sayward Is Great

Sayward Sutton is a great! She was relentless in finding the right car for our needs. Zero pressure. She is so nice, feels more like a sister (Family) than a salesperson. All the staff at Everett is good to deal with. After we bought our car and came back at a later time, it was a feeling of being at home. We didn't feel like strangers at a big dealership, but more like home town family. Then seeing Sayward affirms that.

1st Purchase

I trade trucks every year and this was my first purchase at Everett. Kellen was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. I appreciated his approach and had a great experience with the dealership.

Not happy with service department

Took multiple visits to the service department to get the vehicle fixed. After the 5th time, it was repaired. The cost was over $800 to repair a less than 2 yr old vehicle which should have been covered under the warranty.

Great customer service

My husband and I came in to help our daughter purchase her first car. We went to a dealership in Fayetteville and were shown some old trade-ins that were pretty beat up for the price we needed. At the end the salesmen told us that we were looking for a "Unicorn". We then drove straight to your dealership to look at a car she had seen online and met Mark Jones. He was very helpful and not only did we purchase a car"Unicorn" for our daughter, my husband walked away with an older truck for himself. The only complaint I have is that we were told the previous owner was suppose to return the spare key for my daughter's car to the dealership and after multiple phone calls we did not get the key and my last calls were not returned. The service would've been perfect if the key situation could be resolved. Those keys are expensive and I would love for her not to have to buy a spare.

Purchase a used GMC Sierra

I arrived at Everett Buick GMC of Bentonville and was greeted by Ed who I had talked to on the phone about a used GMC. After the test drive went into the dealership and discussed pricing and within a hour or so we had made the deal. Mr. Bayles was the best salesperson I have ever done business with when it comes to buying a used vehicle or any vehicle for that matter I had a great experience dealing with Ed.
