I contact Everett GMC in Bentonville after finding a 2017 Yukon XL Denali we where interested only to be told we probably couldn't afford it. This all after I asked for their best price and if they had any special financing . Thier online salesman Mark Jones needs a refresher in customer service.

Called about a vehicle I found online. Told the salesman I was on my way from Fayetteville to purchase please call me back and let me know that you still have it. Guy said I will go put my hands on it and call you back. Never heard back. Called again and spoke to another salesman. Said same thing. Never heard back. Called a third time to be told the vehicle had been sold. Drive halfway across the state after being promised the salesmen would find the vehicle and have the keys ready when I arrived. Would never do business with these people. Not a 'family friendly' dealership as advertised.

I have bought two cars from Josh and Mark and they always take good care of me! Everett Buick GMC is the best!! I will be back to buy again.
