Sayward Sutton, my salesman, really listened to my specific needs./wants. After meeting her, I never went to another dealer - she searched for what I wanted, was especially nice, and delivered. Chris Branch, sales manager (another good listener) kept his word on everything, and delivered more than I expected.. Two service advisors, Hof Engelke, and Joe Connaway were informative, as well as likeable - and I plan to use their service department, in the future - because of them. I didn't believe the TV commercials before, but I do now. PS I recommend you ask for Sayward and Chris!

Extremely rude salesman after not being able to reach a deal. He proceeds to crumble the piece of paper listing the payment amounts/sale price and toss it onto his desk in front of our face. (What's new) Dealers response: "He is our top salesman and we can't move on that trucks price."

The dealership delivered the vehicle directly to our location with one of there drivers who was professional and experienced with the process.
