Vehicles were ready to buy within a couple of hours of calling to tell them which ones we were interested in! Immediate attention when we arrived... drove that vehicle and another we had said we might be interested in! Salesmen were friendly... Zuri and Joad! Joad sealed the deal ... explained and answered all our questions! Printed out directions as to how to get out of Houston the best way! We were out of there in about 2 hours! Great experience ... great price... love our new used truck! We truly appreciate all the help that made it all pleasurable and fast!

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Motors on Wheels. My friend's brother in Houston passed away and I was asked to sell the car for the family. Talked to a couple of big dealers who had complicated processes for handling the paperwork since I was not related to the previous owner. Then I contacted Joad at Motors on Wheels who explained how to handle the paperwork for estates and out-of-state owners and power of attorney forms. He offered a fair price for the car and we got everything done in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Motors on Wheels for friendly and professional service.

Abosilutly fantastic experience from start to finish

I had been looking for an Acura TL for a while, since I admire the styling and performance of that particular car. I found the car at a great price at Motors on Wheels through Cars.com. I showed up at the dealership and was treated very well by Joad throughout the buying process. I got a good deal on my trade-in, and the whole experience was painless and quick. I will recommend Motors on Wheels to friends and family since their prices are great, they have high quality inventory, and they give you excellent service.

Reviews are spot on! Joad is wonderful at what he does! Came to test drive 2 vehicles last weekend, and ended up test driving 4 instead. He was VERY accommodating, professional and courteous the whole time we were there and DIDN'T try and push anything on us. Let us test drive them all by ourselves as well, and answered all (of my millions) of questions I had on each car with a smile on his face. We ended up buying a vehicle from them on Monday... we LOVE this place. Highly recommended them to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used! Based on reviews, selection and pricing flew from Minnesota to look at 3 options. Ended up buying a 2012 Acura. Joad was awesome, genuine guy in an industry sorely lacking said. They picked me up at the airport (40 minutes away) in the Acura so I could drive it for extended time. Very good experience all around, will not hesitate to buy again and drive another car 1,200 miles home to MN!

Joad was my sales representative and he made the process so easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and did not pressure me at all. He allowed me to test drive the car I was interested in multiple times. Motors on Wheels also lets you test drive without the salesman, which I really like because you don't feel pressured during the test drive. He answered all of my questions and let me take my time making my decision. Once I decided to purchase my car, the whole process took about 30 minutes. I never thought buying a car would be an enjoyable experience, especially from a used car dealership, but boy was I wrong. I highly recommend Motors on Wheels. I am beyond thrilled with my new (used) car!
