I went in to co-sign a family member's loan and was very impressed at the cleanliness and professionalism of everyone. JR helped us write up the loan (he is super nice and explained everything in detail) and it went very quickly. I have purchased several new cars at factory dealerships where customer service was not the clear priority this outfit displays. Staff was friendly and helpful, no high pressure sales, just the kind of attention that makes you want to be a repeat customer.

This is what small dealerships should be like, no high pressure tactics, no hidden charges just good old fashioned deals and prices. Joad made sure I was happy with the purchase and even went so far as helping me customize my seating to accommodate my bad back. I'm loving my new ride and would highly recommend you check them out for your used car needs.

I have been to many dealerships and have purchased many new and used vehicles over the span of my lifetime, but it will be hard for me to find any that have been more refreshing than Motors on Wheels. The only trouble that we had was with my credit union processing the loan, but my sales rep from Motors on Wheels was very patient and accommodating, and he never pressured me or attempted to up sale us on products related to the car. At the end of the day, we drove off the lot with a great deal. I highly recommend this dealership. They are how all dealerships should be.

I went to wheels on motore. I had a great experience. Was helped as soon as I arrived. Got a great price on the car I wanted and was driving home within a hour of arriving. If you are Looking for a great car, awesome people, and a great price Wheels On Motors is where you need to shop. I love my new Sentra and they took all the stress out of car buying.

The customer support staff is excellent and quality of the cars is great. They really value their customers and provide constructive guidelines. Nobody puts any kind of pressure. Final decision is yours. I bought an used Altima Nissan and its in a good condition for a used car.

Where to begin! I found my 2010 Jetta TDI here at Motors on Wheels. Jennifer emailed me almost immediately after inquiring about the car. She was very helpful in answering questions and never once pressured me into this vehicle. I live in Tulsa, so I was a little nervous about buying a car 550 miles away. After becoming serious about purchasing my Jetta I began to deal with Joad one-on-one. Great guy! very knowledgeable about the vehicle, not just a guy who looks at $ signs for his company. When I told him that I was going to fly down and get the car the first thing he asked was if I needed a ride from the airport. Tell me that isn't customer service! When I arrived the customer service manager picked me up. And again...knowledgeable about the car! He answered any questions I had and began to tell me how in depth their mechanics go before selling a car. There were a couple of things he noticed about the car, a little stain in the headliner, and that the car needed floor mats(no big deal to me). He told me I wasn't taking the car until these(extremely minor) problems were taken care of. Again, customer service! To top my experience off, Joad made sure my car was topped off with diesel for my 8 hour drive home. The car made the trip effortlessly. And on one tank! When these guys at Motors on Wheels say something, they mean it. Joad told me I wouldn't be disappointed and I wasn't. Would love to buy from them in the future!

Let me just say what an amazing car buying experience this was!!!! After some pretty horrendous ones I found a used 2010 Nissan Murano that I fell in love with and called to schedule an appt with Motors On Wheels. Jennifer was very polite and helpful over the phone. The shop is on a small side street and somewhat easy to miss from Westpark. I was very impressed with how clean, professional and stylish the office was while I waited for Joad to pull the car up. Joad made the whole experience stress free and was very easy going and personable. Not pushy whatsoever and didn't even insist to be in the vehicle for the test drive! He gave me the space I needed to truly inspect the vehicle and he was always there when I had a question and didn't mind that I had a millon of them. Joad worked with me every step of the way and I never felt pressured or judged based on what I was looking for and my budget. The car itself is in great condidion and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Highly recommended! :)
