Avoid!

Avoid!!! Dont Buy here. Bought a tiguan 3/12/25 was owed a second key in writing, had them fedex a key to south Ms vw as it is closer. I drove 100miles round trip and wasted a day to find out Vw Jackson sent the wrong keyfob and no key blade. I ordered the key and blade while at Vw South Ms only to have to waste another day and drive another 100miles to pick it up and get it programmed. I sent the invoice to Vw Jackson and they refused to pay for the key and fob. Bad business practices, AVOID!!! look at the reviews.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RITCHEY AUTOMOTIVE IN JACKSON,

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RITCHEY AUTOMOTIVE IN JACKSON, MS. I’ve bought 8 cars from them in the past year—EIGHT. And this is how they treat a loyal customer? They quoted me $46.5k out the door, pulled my credit, then tried to offer me $24k for my trade-in, pocketing the equity without explaining a thing. Total bait and switch. When I called them out and said I’d go public if they didn’t make it right, they had the nerve to say, “We won’t be selling to you anymore.” This is shady, dishonest business. I have every receipt, every paper, every piece of proof. If this is how they treat someone who’s spent hundreds of thousands with them, imagine how they’ll treat you. Ritchey Automotive = BAD BUSINESS. Spread the word.

I took my Jaguar in for an air conditioner hose (3 hour

I took my Jaguar in for an air conditioner hose (3 hour job). Didn't receive my vehicle back for 12 days and it was dirty and completely vandalized. They took everything including my Bible, Microsoft Surface Pro and my gym bag amongst other things. They were not concerned. They said it was done while in the holding pen. Absolutely impossible, my seat was laid back and you need a key for that and a key to open my trunk. Don't take your vehicle there.

Its clear this could actually be a highly rated

Its clear this could actually be a highly rated dealership if it wasn't for the Volkswagen service department. They literally have awful reviews going back at least two year here and on Google. Who is in charge of this dealership are you aware or do you even care??? How is your service this bad for this long the ppl seem inept or maybe this is racially motivated and everyone isn't having the same experience. I would suggest real manager look into this before you receive some disturbing paperwork. My vehicle has come back twice from here with things broken or a dent and I totally don't trust the work if that's the integrity of your mechanics on top of others' reviews...pure garbage service!

**Blatant Discrimination and Unprofessional

**Blatant Discrimination and Unprofessional Service** Yesterday afternoon, I experienced what I strongly believe to be an act of race-based discrimination at Ritchey Automotive in Jackson, MS, also known as Volkswagen Jackson. I am still in complete shock that such an incident occurred. My car malfunctioned while I was driving home to New Orleans from Jackson, MS, along I-55 South. I used the roadside assistance feature in my vehicle, and Volkswagen dispatched a tow truck to bring me to this dealership. Upon arrival, I explained my situation to a service team member. I informed him that I needed to return home to New Orleans and requested a loaner vehicle, as my 2023 Volkswagen is under warranty. He told me that loaners had been an issue for the past few months and implied none were available. However, just a few feet away, I overheard another customer explaining her car issue, which was part of a recall. She requested a loaner, and her service team member immediately assured her he would handle it. I pointed out the disparity, noting that she had been accommodated while I was told no loaners were available. The team member defensively stated, “I did not give her a loaner.” I clarified that I meant Volkswagen, not him personally, and asked to escalate the situation. He told me his boss was very busy and seemed reluctant to involve him. Eventually, his manager came over, and the interaction was one of the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced. When I questioned why the other customer received a loaner while I did not, he asked if I had ever been to the dealership before and stated that she was a prior customer. I reiterated that I am also a Volkswagen customer, and my request was made before hers. When I pointed out the difference in treatment and mentioned that the other customer “did not look like me,” the manager denied any racial motivation. I remain unconvinced. This experience was deeply upsetting. As someone born in the 1960s in the South, I hoped such treatment would be a thing of the past. Sadly, my experience at Ritchey Automotive proves otherwise. To try to resolve the situation, I contacted Volkswagen Customer Care to request my car be serviced elsewhere, but unfortunately, there are no other Volkswagen dealerships in Jackson. Ultimately, I had to rent a car and drive three hours back to New Orleans, still reeling from the experience. This is unacceptable, and I hope Volkswagen takes swift action to address the discriminatory and dismissive behavior at this dealership.

Just purchased a vehicle on 10/18/24 and Ms.

Just purchased a vehicle on 10/18/24 and Ms. Carolina Snow is a wonderful salesperson. She is very nice, kind and knowledgeable about Volkswagen. She went over and beyond for me. If you’re looking to buy a Volkswagen I highly recommend seeing her she will see that you get taken care of and have a great car buying experience. Stephen Green in the service department is awesome too. He will get your car serviced in no time and you back on the road in no time.

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. Avoid. The salesmen are not honest. The way they treated us was awful. Only interested in a quick buck.
