For Service……Run in the opposite direction!!!

Wish there were rating options lower than the lowest one provided for service. This company has had our car in for repair of a pothole accident for one-year and 2 months as of today. I need not say more…..

Hey Audi! Why is this dealership using your name?

My brake pads maintenance light came on and said to contact the dealership. After contacting the dealership, I was told that I could get a loaner to take back home because I live in another city (same state). I was then called back immediately by Moses in service and was told that I can not be provided a loaner, even if they have a loaner available because brake pads isn't on "the list" of repairs that the Audi dealership (Ritchie Automotive) will provide a loaner for. He then recommended that I find a local mechanic to put my brake pads on. This is the only Audi dealer in my area, BTW. Audi should consider removing this car dealership due to it damaging its brand. Now, I'm looking for a shade-tree mechanic to perform maintenance on my car.

The service manager and service tech side of the house

The service manager and service tech side of the house for Volkswagen is horrible. I have a new VW Atlas purchased in Texas. The vehicle had a terrible electronic malfunction. They kept my car for a week without one phone call, and then after not being able to diagnose the problem, they were rude, uncooperative, could really care less, and demonstrated the most unprofessional conduct I have seen in years from a dealership. I will now have to take my vehicle to Memphis for service as I have a friend who takes her Land Rover to Memphis for the same reason. Do not take your vehicle to this service department and expect highly trained professionals.

Audi service sucks

Audi is so far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned but Audi Jackson service is the worst and therefore the only reason I won’t get another. I can’t get rid of this one fast enough because of it. No longer work on your car if it’s 2010 or older!

I’ve had some work done about 6 months ago on my beetle that went ok. He mentioned that the air bag needed to be fixed and power steering. I call today and they do NOT work on any cars any earlier than 2011. Mine is 2009. I just can’t believe that this vw car dealership won’t work on cars that were originally bought there. 😒

Investigation in customer service department need

I don't usually write reviews period but I decided since I kept getting emails to look into writing one. I was interested in a car online. I called inquiring about it, the salesman said he was looking right at it, but it was sold. I kept getting emails asking me to come and look at a car I couldn't even buy. Apparently you guys need to practice some communication skills. Now, looking at the reviews I'm so glad that someone told me the car was sold and glad I didn't do business with you guys!! You all have a very bad reputation!!

Sent my car in to get worked on and the parts manager

Sent my car in to get worked on and the parts manager told me the part for my car was ordered and It will take 2 weeks to get it in. so I called him again 3 weeks later and asked if the car was ready and he didn’t even know when the part was gonna be in. They have had my car over for over 2 months.

Update: my car has been there since April 25th and I still don’t have it back. It’s now July 5th. Service manager doesn’t even call me for updates on anything for my car.

Dreadful experience

Me and my wife were traveling from California car broke down took the car to Jackson Mississippi Jaguar Dealer they have had my car for two years, terrible customer service, won’t return phone calls, and when they do it is not helpful and unproductive.
