Just purchased a vehicle on 10/18/24 and Ms.

Just purchased a vehicle on 10/18/24 and Ms. Carolina Snow is a wonderful salesperson. She is very nice, kind and knowledgeable about Volkswagen. She went over and beyond for me. If you’re looking to buy a Volkswagen I highly recommend seeing her she will see that you get taken care of and have a great car buying experience. Stephen Green in the service department is awesome too. He will get your car serviced in no time and you back on the road in no time.

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. Avoid. The salesmen are not honest. The way they treated us was awful. Only interested in a quick buck.

I give this dealership a 💯. I have purchased several vehicles from them but I wanna give a huge shout out to 2 people. L Porter and C Snow they are fabulous. I have received several emails phone calls since my last purchased just to make sure I'm satisfied! Service after the sale!! Thank yall so much for caring. If your in the market for a vehicle go see them you will not be disappointed.

Having issues with my vehicle.

Having issues with my vehicle. I called daily to get an appointment for service check and never got an appointment. I was always told I would get called back and never received a call back. Three weeks later and my truck still needs servicing and no one returns the call.

I have been calling for 2 weeks.

I have been calling for 2 weeks. No one in service will answer or call you back. The GM will not answer the phone. Can’t speak on their service work, unable to set up an appointment…

Worst customer service I have ever received!

Worst customer service I have ever received! They had my car for over 2 weeks. I called numerous times to get an update and the very few times that I did get to speak to someone, I couldn’t ever get an accurate update. They were not willing to help with a loaner or make any accommodations for transport while they had my vehicle. Keep in my this vehicle was still under warranty and shouldn’t have had this type of issues with the motor! I’m still not sure the issue was correctly repaired. I am having to take it else were for a second opinion! Unacceptable!

If I could give Ritchey automotive zero stars then I

If I could give Ritchey automotive zero stars then I would. Bought a brand new 2024 Volkswagen Jetta. Before the sale everything was fine. Had to constantly call up there and never receive a return call. Had to go up there to possibly get answers. They signed a what we owe you form for $450 to be paid once my banks check cleared but when it was time to pick up the check, it was only for $350. They sent $100 of the money to the person that referred us to them. Then Marcus Mcwhorter tried to play me for a fool and say I made a mistake on what was supposed to be refunded to me though I have a WE OWE YOU with his signature. Their after the sale attitude was wayyy different then before the sale. Run, don’t buy nothing from them. Not even a spark plug. Oh and I came in with my check in hand. They did not have to find financing for me
