"Great Services, Courteous Professional Staff!"

We arrived just before the scheduled appointment @ 9am. This is our second vehicle purchased through Jack Giambalvo, despite the unfortunate transmission disintegating on our 2006 GMC Envoy SLT at 77,000. Awesome

I am so glad I chose your dealership to purchase my new car. Everyone was super nice and so helpful from the time I walked in the door until I drive off the lot!!! Friendly service personnel

I thought the service was excellent but I'm sorry, for a poor guy like me I think your prices are just a little too high for me to keep using you. Although I would recommend your service department I don't believe I will be using it again.

Charlene Fitzgerald

This is our third GMC Sierra and we would highly recommend working with Joel Crews. Luckily, we were able to find out what dealership he went to since we bought two previous GMC trucks from him. We go out of our way to travel from CT to PA for the customer experience we receive from Joel. I was also very impressed with the Sales Manager as well as the facility. We will definitely be back when I need a new vehicle for myself.

My Buick Lacrosse

Everyone at Jack Giambalvo was very nice. I have always trusted the service center, especially Ben, to take care of my car. My new Buick is amazing!! I am still learning all the features on it but my tutorial with Bern was very helpful.
