MY FIRST PURCHASE FROM COACHLIGHT MOTORS WAS AN EXPERIENCE IN ITSSELF, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SOLD ME A QUALITY CAR AT A FAIR PRICE. AFTRE MY PURCHASE IT WAS FOLLOWED UP WITH A COUTSEY PHONE CALL 2 WEEKS LATER ABOUT MY CAR. I HAVE ALL MY SERVICE WORK DONE BY COACHLIGHT MOTORS CAUSE OF THE QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THERE TEAM. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH COURTSEY SHUTTLE TO WORK, CHANGED MY BREAKS AND ROTORS COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY WITH NO HASSEL.

Recommand Coachlight to my friends and family. Love that they are able to work around my schedule and have the car ready in a reasonable time.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership,they give me a good price,on 2 BMW'S.Salesman was polite curties.I also have my cars service there and the service dept is very flexiable and always takes me in whenever I call even last min.

My SUV was idling high and running rough. I was told by Advance Auto it was the idle air control. I took it to Coachlight to have it replaced. I got a phone call from the service mgr telling me i didn't have an idle air control. As a single woman, I appreciate their honesty. They changed my plugs, cleaned the carbon out of some other parts and installed a new air filter. My car hasn't run so smooth in a long time. Very happy and pleased.

I heard about this place from a friend that had his brakes done there, he was really pleased so I figured I'd check it out. Glad I did! I called up and made an appointment one evening and they were able to squeeze me in first thing in the am ( which is what I requested). Once I went over what was going on with my car they told me an expected wait time which was nice so I could plan my day. When I showed up they knew me by name, and had the car being looked at within minutes. I told them I had planned on leaving the car there so they confirmed my contact info and said they would be in touch by within the hour in regards to what needs to be done and a quote. That they did. The call came, prices were fair and by the time I returned late morning not only was the car fixed and running perfectly the guys took the time to walk me through everything they did and why the price was what it was. In short... not your typical experience! They were professional and thorough. I highly recommend this place... Great customer service, and my cars fixed!

Please do not do any business with Coach Light Motors in Windsor, CT. I rarely take to the internet to bad mouth any businesses, but since my wife bought her car from these people with the understanding that we were buying a great vehicle in excellent condition, she's had to bring the car back 3 times over the past 3 months. Their vehicle prices are high and their ability to perform any repairs is questionnable.

Bought our 09 BMW in Jan. and are now servicing for the first time. Jimmy and Gary are great!

We purchased an 06 BMW X5 4.4 Awesome! Great people, will do anything to help.
