This place gives used car dealers a bad name. Won't disclose the name of the warrantee co. No invoices or old parts provided, screamed, threatened, and threw us out for asking logical questions, duplicate charges for repairs 6 months earlier, front end work sort of done with no alignment then said tires wore out rapidly because we drive hard. PLEASE buy anywhere else but here!!! You'll be sorry... positive reviews must be their buddies.

I was in the market for a very specific used Audi. Looked high and low for one that would fit my budget. I had seen the perfect one in their parking lot and stopped to look. I gave Jamie the parameters for my purchase but the price was good but not in my budget! He told me to keep in touch. Then I looked and looked but couldn’t find one I liked better. I called Jamie back (after 10 days) and he said come in and let’s talk. I reworked my numbers and he and the owner (Sal) reworked theirs. I wrote a check that day and bought my beautiful car! At no time was I uncomfortable or feeling pressured as a single senior woman. Start to finish the experience was terrific and I’m grateful for it. I would be willing to add a downside to this review but there are none!

The people at coachlight motors made my car buying experience outstanding. The salesman Jimmy was very nice. He helped direct me to a car i could afford. Even the guy washing cars outside was helpful. So far ive had my car 6 months and its running great. I will definitely come here again. Thanks Coachlight

Walked in, and got a rude person with limited skills swearing over menial tasks such as taking my license for a test drive. No sales repertoire at all, and the entire nonverbal message was "buy this used car or get out"... and guess how it ended. With me getting out and not even getting a test drive because I voiced some concerns about the car. Seemed like the salesman had zero time for me, for a car that hasn't sold on his lot for months. Terrible Experience. Go to a car dealer who you TRUST and actually CARES.

I've purchased a lot of cars and trucks over the years and this was one of the best experiences. I live 9 hours north of the dealership so I had a lot of questions for Jimmy and he answered all to my satisfaction so I did the unheard of for me and paid in advance for the beautiful 2011 Hyundai Veracruz they had. My wife and I drove down from northern Maine on a Friday and stayed overnight and picked up the car Saturday morning. It turns out that in addition to all of the things that I had asked Jimmy about he forgot to tell me that they had just put new brakes (pads and rotors) on all four wheels and but the car had virtually new Yokohama tires on it. The engine compartment was a clean as a new car and the car also had a new battery in it. I highly recommend Jimmy and Coachlight Motors and hope that we have occasion to do business with him again in the future

Needed a car for my wife.....was thinking front wheel drive and Jimmy explained winters up here and suggested all wheel drive . no pressure great service good people. Recommended!!

I brought a 2009 Nissan Rogue. Purchasing the car was easy, although i had to wait a week for it to be ready. After I purchased the vehicle is when everything went downhill! Within days of buying the car, I returned it because my tires were vibrating. After a week they returned the car, claiming it was fixed but the next day it still kept vibrating. They took my car over to Nissan who stated my vehicle needed a NEW TRANSMISSION. But they did not want to pay Nissan for the repairs. After another 3 weeks my car was returned to me and I was told I had a new USED transmission. 3 days after driving the car, it left me stuck at a 4 way intersection. Now here I am returning my car for the 3rd time and I haven't even owned the car for a full 2 months yet. I do not want this vehicle anymore and unfortunately they will not take it back. So now I am stuck with a potential "Lemon."

You know I really got to state that I hate it when these sellers post their cars without manual transmissions as having manual transmissions just to get somebody to click on their link to try and even facilitate a sale doesn't work for me which puts them in the unattractive-seller category=no sale.
