Being a first time buyer I was super nervous about the whole experience but Charlie put me at ease from the minute I walked in the door. He was honest, straight-forward and very professional making the whole process a whole lot easier. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the car. Charlie is an easy guy to do business with. He does not pressure you. I went in a few weeks ago and test drove a vehicle. I didn't care for it. Charlie understood and did not pressure me. I shopped around some more, but came back to him with questions. He listened and offered advice. Thankfully the 2nd vehicle I test drove I liked and was able to make the purchase from him. Wow!!!! My husband was looking for cars online and had many people contact us. We loved Charlie's listing and his price so we decided to go to Charlie's auto village. Charlie did most of the work over the phone and was easy to contact and always answered his phone. We went from Mass to NH and saw the car, the photo was exactly what the car looked like in person, it was refreshing.
