I had an excellent experiences, Charlie helped me and he give me good advice on what I needed.

I was'nt even shopping for a vehicle I just happen to accompany a friend who had purchased a vehicle from Charlie and saw a vehicle that my wife happens to love and asked about it and even then I didn't think I would be able to afford it but Charlie gave me a deal I just couldn't refuse and not only did he give a good deal but he walked us threw the process and made sure that we got the best interest rate and to top it all off he test rode the vehicle himself and he wasn't satisfied with the ride so he changed the front and rear brakes and rotors before we rode away in the vehicle and the customer service that him and his staff gave us while we there was immaculate I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing a vehicle . I will recommend Charlies Auto Village to all my friends.

I just bought a used GMC truck from Charlie. His service team made sure this truck was in great shape, and the price was more than fair. Charlie spent a few hours with me ,going over financing options and features on the vehicle, and just talking. I have nothing but nice things to say about the whole truck buying experience. Charlie does it right, He's not just grabbing cars from the auctions and rolling them out to the public. They go through the vehicles and fix any mechanical issues. He provides you with a statement of work performed. .

I liked working directly with Charlie - he offered a clean vehicle at a fair price, and was easy to communicate with. I was looking specifically for a Ridgeline, and his had the right combination of miles, features, and price. While there I noticed all of his inventory appeared to be similarly clean. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

I was extremely pleased with Charlie's auto village. I saw the jeep online and I went to go check it out and Charlie was very nice and made everything easy to understand. I really had know idea how to go about buying a car and he was very understanding and patient with me. He helped me every step of the way. I was registering the car in MA so it made the process more difficult. He even offered to let me use the dealer plates to drive it home so i wouldn't have go to the registry first. When I went to go make the payment I couldn't get out of work early and I was an hour away. Charlie stayed 2 hours late to wait for me. I had a great experience and I got my dream car so I would definitely recommend Charlie's auto village to anyone looking for a car. The jeep was in great shape! Not only did I get a call back from one of the employees the same day, but they also had the vehicle that I wanted.
