I've only been to the dealership twice but both times I was treated like a family member. The staff has been upbeat about friendly. They explain what is going to happen and how long it will take. My visit was shorter than I expected.

I had a good experience with every person I dealt with. Everyone went out of their way to make sure my experience was the best it could be.

Fixed car perfect had a broken window replaced the control unit with absolutely no problem. Joe did a fantastic job. Car was done when he said.

I was there for a tire losing pressure. This place always exceeds my expectations. The service advisor and everyone in service department is always friendly. Luckily I bought the wheel and tire package and all was covered!

I had an appointment that was set a week earlier, and it took three days before my truck was looked at. It only took 2 hours to fix it when they finally got it in the shop.I don't understand why I made an appointment, or why an appointment is even offered. Very disappointed with this visit.
