I came In for a preowned vehicle and they got me exactly what I asked for and my family and I are extremely satisfied! The visit was for an oil change and to get a replacement fob made. The people I interfaced with were outstanding. The work done was perfect. I was just disappointed in the cost of the replacement key fob. For this kind of convenience I would prefer to forgo and to go old school and have a set of metal keys. This is the second key fob I HAD to get as the last one lasted barely a couple of years and less than 5000 miles or so.

My truck has been in the service department for over a week and no one has even looked at it to begin working on it. I’ve called several times with zero updates on when I would be receiving a replacement or when my vehicle would be available for pick up.
