My entire experience was great!! Everyone was courteous and friendly. Chris Raven was the salesman that helped me and he was great!!! The financial officer was so cordial and helpful!! I am so glad I decided to go there for my purchase!!! I highly recommend Hillsboro Ford.!!!!

Brett handled the deal and was awesome to work with. He came thru with everything within reason. I would definitely recommend. Mason is a cool dude that kept coming over and checking on things.

I’ve never had an experience like this at a car

I’ve never had an experience like this at a car dealership. Most the time went. You go to a dealership for a new car. You’re there for hours and then you end up not making a deal. Hillsboro Ford took that part out. I was able to pretty much finalize my deal at my home and during work day. I told them what I could afford and they worked with me. We went back and forth negotiating. But finally made a deal. I drove a 1h and 30 minutes to hopefully get a new vehicle. When I got there Gabrielle and Shawn were up front and no xx. This was one the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’m more than happy with the purchase of my new truck and will refer people to Hillsboro Ford. Keep up the good work Hillsboro Ford

RUN!

RUN! I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership in April 2025, and honestly, the experience has been a complete letdown from the start. The sales process was dull and uninspired — I walked in ready to buy, so there wasn't much effort or enthusiasm from the sales team. After finalizing the purchase, the salesman tried to set up my FordPass connection, but after a few failed attempts, he claimed the FordPass app was “down.” That turned out to be completely false. Since then, it’s been a nightmare trying to get answers. I've been passed around between sales managers, lied to, and repeatedly ignored — calls not returned, empty promises, and zero accountability. It’s now been 22 days since I bought this car, and my FordPass still isn’t working. If you’re considering this dealership — don’t. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else within a 2-hour drive. You deserve better.
