I liked the help I received from customer service rep Linda, she handled my case and kept me updated at all times. I loved the loaner car I was issued Buick LaCrosse, it was a nice way to test drive a new model in case I want to get a new vehicle in the future

My wife had problems with her car they were quick to respond. They went to pick up car and fix problem right away. Great customer service and help.

As I arrived at the dealership I was quickly greeted and attended to. I was also offered a complimentary ride home as I was informed there would be a bit of a wait for my vehicle to be serviced. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and my experience was very pleasant.

Robert in service was very helpful. I just purchased my vehicle a month ago and was very upset that it was already giving me problems but Robert made us feel reassured and he and even got us in a rental so that I wouldn't be without a vehicle.

Right as I got to the service dept I mention needed an Oli change. They took care of me 30minutes I was on my way home

I met my salesman, Alvaro Hernandez, the day I went to look for a new truck for work. He was very knowledgable about the Duramax diesel truck and all it's new technological improvements it has made since I last bought one 9 years ago. This is my 2nd GMC 2500 HD with the Duramax diesel. I never felt pushed or hurried on the deal. I was impressed with all Alvaro's experience in selling these trucks. He has a wealth of information, from the motor & transmission stats, to the Nav/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Back-up camera, etc. He never ran out of info because he studies and does his homework on the vehicles he sells. He was kind and friendly, informative and yet never over-bearing in his approach. When I buy my next vehicle, I am looking for Alvaro.

I asked for specific service, filter replacements, and a check of the a/c unit. It was all completed and I was kept advised of the results within a very appropriate time limit.
