Easy Transaction
I researched and purchased this car remotely. The dealership helped in all aspects and brought the car to the port for shipping to Anchorage. All in all it was a very seamless transaction.

Great Team
Everything went great. Bought a '11 BMW 328i 2 months ago that was very well cared for. Just a few things that had to be taken care of. They covered the cost to replace belt tensioner on the car (common to go out). Noticed a little head gasket leak which I'm pretty sure they were unaware of because I did mistaken it as engine dressing. Other than that great staff and lot filled with gorgeous cars.

Worst experience ever!!
I boght a car from them and the same day the check engine light came on. They were closed so I called the next day and they told me where to take it to the soonest they could fix it was that wendsday so I took it in and it had an exhaust leak and it got fixed 2 days later it started to over heat I called them again and they told me to take it to total technology and I did. Come to find out the water pump went out and they would only go halves with me to fix it and mind you it was a BMW so then the same day the exhaust leak came back. I finally got fed up with it all they have the car back but would only give me my down payment back not the money I payed for repairs and I had the car only a week and it was a piece of crap!!! Do that same day I went to northwest motersports and got a BMW X5 in way better condition with a warranty and a better price and they treated me way better!!! I suggest no one ever do business with goodfellas unless you want a car with a bunch of problems!!

Compassionate and extremely accommodating
I was referred to this dealership by a family member who had worked with their team previously and from the minute I walked into the door they made me feel at home. Buying a car can be a very intimidating process but everyone worked as a team to make it seamless. I loved that I only had to speak with two people throughout the whole process and everyone was on the same page. Richard and Ashley kept in contact with me and made sure I was getting into the right car with the right payment. When it's time to trade in my car I won't deal with anyone else. They have me "sold" me on a job well done! I now have a fabulous new car that I have been taking lots of adventures in :)

Trustful! Bring your business here!
They're honest and trustworthy. Many female salespersons and the owners seem to be husband and wife, or family-owned. Female salespersons go beyond the buy-sell process and profits; they care about your experience. I believe mines was Ashley. She gave me all the repairs done on it and what other repairs are needed. Full disclosure and honest. Other dealers will buy cheap cars, won't make any repairs and jack up the price. I wish all dealerships are like Goodfella's! Keep up the good work! And may your dealership prosper to the end!

Shady People, Bad Vehicles
I am so very disappointed at how this dealership has gone downhill. Untrustworthy salespeople and owners, shady vehicles that have a track record of having issues post-sale, and a general disdain for customers. Stay away, there are a ton of dealers in the vicinity that are intentionally trying to rip you off.

Dishonest Dealership That Sells Unsafe / Unsound Vehicles
I honestly should have paid closer attention to the previous reviewers that purchased cars from Goodfellas with mechanical issues; there are a lot of them. They are, however, well hidden mixed in with bogus reviews. We purchased a VW Toureg from these guys a few weeks ago and have had nothing but issues with it since we left the dealership. When we negotiated our price with the dealer, after a few back and forth passes, they kept saying they wouldn't go any lower in price because of how well maintained the car was and they kept mentioning the amazing shape it was in. This is very humorous to think about now because, when I called them and told them the vehicle was having issues, they said "yeah, well it is a sub-$10,000 used car ya know!" They went on to say that they don't inspect the vehicles themselves which seems like a very convenient way of skirting issues with the buyers that inevitably end up with junkers. The bottom line is that we got 3 different quotes for the repairs on the vehicle we JUST bought and the average expense is almost as much as we paid for the SUV. In short, we got taken. Each repair facility said that the almost every issue we are having with the Toureg would have been extremely evident to anyone doing ANY sort of mechanical check on the car like Goodfellas say they had done. These items would have been known to the selling dealer and they decided to off the car to unsuspecting buyers anyway. Two of the facilities went on to comment that the check engine light (which wasn't on until we took the vehicle home) was likely manually overridden by Goodfellas. Not the sign of a reputable dealer. I explained all of this to Tara and Mike (owners of the dealership) and they have not been willing to do anything about it. At one point Mike did say to "just drive the car until it explodes and hope that you get some good life out of it. Then you can just buy a new engine on eBay and have some 'local yocal' put in in for you and you 'might' only then be out $2000 or $3000." This is a real quote from these guys when presented with existing repair issues they well knew about a couple of which also pose serious safety concerns on a vehicle that is being used to drive small children around. We are in the beginning stages of going to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau with this case and we will also be starting a class action lawsuit as well. If you or anyone you know purchased a vehicle from Goodfellas and very shortly after purchase had mechanical or electrical issues we would like to hear from you. We will be generating a website for the class action suit soon but, in the meantime, if you want to contact us about how you can be a part of it, simply message us back and we will connect with you.

Best Auto Buying Experience I've Ever Had
Working with Kyle, Tara and Mike was a truly enjoyable experience. Forget EVERYTHING you've known about purchasing a pre-owned car. No pressure, very supportive and helpful. These guys redefine auto sales. I'm grateful and will tell everyone I know that is looking for a pre-owned car. Go to Goodfella's FIRST! Thanks again! Al
