I would give zero stars if I could. I waited two full months for my license plates after purchasing a car from this dealership. I called multiple times and was constantly told, “They should arrive within a week.” Every time I followed up, I was reassured it was being taken care of — only to find out that nothing had been done. Instead of handling the registration like most dealerships do, they sent me a check in the mail two months later and told me to go to the DMV and register the car myself. That’s two months of unnecessary waiting, stress, and being misled. This was a major inconvenience and a complete failure in customer service. Be cautious if you’re buying a car here — follow up often and don’t assume they’re doing what they’re supposed to. And the most dangerous part? They didn’t even tell me the tire only had TWO LUG NUTS holding it onto the car. That’s not just lazy — that’s a serious safety hazard. I could have been hurt or worse if I hadn’t discovered it myself. The TPS sensor came on when I first took it for a test drive with Mark. This dealership is careless, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t prioritize their customers’ safety or time. Save yourself the headache — go somewhere else.
