I have been purchasing cars over the last 17 years from the dealership and have always had the best experience. Dylan, Joe and Henry Smith Have always treated me fairly and given me the best customer service. I will never buy from another dealership.

I would waste my time.

I would waste my time. They have the highest " fees" I have seen at a dealership and they refuse to give you numbers over the phone. They want you to spend hours at the dealership. There are plenty of dealerships that want to sell a vehicle and not waste your time.

Not a good experience today with my Cadillac Escalade.

Not a good experience today with my Cadillac Escalade. It’s a 2017 with 48k miles. Asked for a routine oil change and conveyed to Ron that the vehicle was a bit rough when gears shift at times. No engine light or any other warning signs. The vehicle was last service by our reputable mechanic in Gardnerville NV in October 2024. We have had the same Mechanic since 2014 for all of our vehicles. The Escalade has been serviced regularly every 5k since we purchased new in 2017 from Michael HOHL dealership in Carson City Nevada in 2017. Ron had a transmission computerized check amongst other things. Sent my wife a text this morning that the cost of repairs would be 12k plus. New transmission, 2 engine mounts worn, transfer case leakage and rear shocks leaking for $12,363. We called out mechanic in Nevada who thought Ron was forwarding us information on the wrong vehicle.Needless to say we were shocked and the presentation from Sands service department and we took the vehicle today to a mechanic who we have used befor in the surprise area. He went through the inspection report along with our mechanic in Nevada. We paid $220 for the inspection report which we did not ask for plus $90 for an oil change which we are ok with. Ron was an ok guys but the service quality in our opinion was way below what we are used to. Not going to a dealership for service for a vehicles again unless the vehicle is under warranty. We stopped by on our trip through to Mexico and had just purchased the truck used from a private party in ill health. Needed help getting the Infotainment center activated. Craig in service center was great and got us going in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend and I would definitely return for any service or help in the future!
