Traded in my 2021 Chevy Blazer for a new 2023 Blazer and was happy with the help and support I received from the sales person Joe. We reached an agreement on price for the new lease and only had a minor issue with some paperwork and options but all should be worked out soon.

Took my 2018 Colorado in to fix a transmission shudder,
Took my 2018 Colorado in to fix a transmission shudder, which is a known problem for many GM models in the 2017 to 2019 model years. I had the GM service bulletin pertaining to this problem with me. It reads, “if the customer complains of the shudder condition, no diagnosis is necessary. Perform transmission fluid flush.” After a 14 mile test drive, I was told what I was feeling was my tires. When I told the service rep if it were my tires, it would be constant and not intermittent. He gave me some excuse about centrifugal force. BS. I took the vehicle to Autonation and they performed the service without issue.

This is worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
This is worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I will never buy any other cars from them, because the way I was treated as a customer. The dealership salesperson has no communication skills and lacks the knowledge about the cars he is selling. Some of the managers do not have any customer service skills, and they do not know how to speak to the customer. Overall, I will give them a rating of Big Fat Ziro for my deal. If you have a problem after the sale, they will not help you. once they take your money; you are on your own. Please do not buy from this dealership, stay away.

If you want to correct this problem; you know my e-mail address. Send me an e-mail with the name of the specific customer service manager and their phone #, so I can contact you, because the sales manager who made me very upset; did not fix anything, he just made the situation worse, by asking me to bring my brand-new car back if I am not happy with the deal; he never even apologized about the problem. Bad deal
No body from the dealership has contacted me yet. They have my phone number and my e-mail address, and they didn't contact me yet to correct the situation. You can see that, when they say they want to amend the situation; it's just a lip service nothing more.
The dealership has my phone number and my e-mail address from the time I reserved my Electric Car. They have contacted me by e-mail before I got the GM survey to make sure that I give them excellent survey. Now they say, oh we don't have your e-mail address to contact me. What a big lie.

Took my 2021 silverodo in for service.
Took my 2021 silverodo in for service. Had coupons and was told I would have to pay for 2 extra quarts which I agreed. The sale price was 39.95 they charged me 129.00. Not a good way to do business. Will not go back.
