Oil change $75 with coupon. Wow was $98

I just went for oil change and assumed it would be the same as before around $60. Car is ready go up to counter guy tells me it?s $98. Then l was like you even have A coupon on your website why would it be $98.

I have used Sands of Surprise for my warranty work and

I have used Sands of Surprise for my warranty work and any recalls that occured since I purchased my 2011 Chevy Silvarado. I recently brought my truck in for the Tacata air bag recall and was told that my transmission dipstick tube was broken and been on recall in 2012. I told the associate that I was never inform of the recall. The associate told me the recall had expired in 2012. I reenforce that I had not been notified or I would have brought my truck in to take care of it. The bottom line is the associate told me if I had spend more out of pocket money at Sands Chevrolet he could help me but I had only had my warrantee and recall work done their. I am greatly disappointed in his response and will no longer have anything to do with Sands Chevrolet of Surprise or any General Motors product in the future. Walter Hutter

Watch yourself! These people are crooks! My purchase...

Watch yourself! These people are crooks! My purchase order was made out for $4,000 more than originally agreed. This was above taxes title and fees! They took my ssn and ran my credit several times with multiple banks, even though I was bringing a loan from another bank! You do not need to give them your number!! Sands took out a loan and now we are waiting for almost 2 weeks with that bank not receiving their money back! They have held my old car for just as long and payoff for my old loan is still outstanding. Right now I have a used Malibu with unpaid loans of over $60,000!! I have already contacted my attorney, I just don’t want anyone else to deal with this!!
