I was slightly nervous to work with gettacar since it was a newer company. I saw they were accredited on the BBB website and read other positive reviews and decided to give them a chance. They offered me substantially more on my trade in versus the competitors. The process was straight forward and easy. Cat was my customer care representative and she was amazing. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The entire process took about a week from start to finish. The driver who delivered my new vehicle (I believe his name was James) was amazing. He updated me along his way, was very nice and professional. I would 100% recommend to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to consider this company.
