I started the process on a Saturday and had the car in a little over a week even though I live near Buffalo, NY. Terrible customer service. The salesman had too much going on, he was all over the place talking to other customers and coworkers. He wasn't listening when were giving him our info, he was talking to someone else. We sat and waited for hours and left without a car. He never told us what else to bring in and never extended an invitation to come back. He said, "Bye, God Bless". I will never, ever go there again.
