Impossible to contact anyone at this company. They don’t...

Impossible to contact anyone at this company. They don’t answer messages, and as a result it took many months to get my vehicle registered. I just got a message that said I knew both of my reps were going on parental leave (of course I didn’t) do it was really my fault. Hate, loathe and detest this organization. Just admit you messed up.

Gettacar’s claims that I was informed both people I dealt with were going on parental leave are false. Not that that should have made a difference. Someone else should have contacted me. You do not seem to have learned a thing.

I have to say buying a car with gettacar was better then I could have imagined. Cat and Ryan were so helpful, nice and quick to respond. I had my hopes set on a durango and they did all they could to get me in it. Freysa who delivered the car was awesome too. I plan on getting my husband's car thru them. The durango was a million times better then the pictures and the trade in deal I got was great also. I can't say enough good things about gettacar

They made buying a new car a very simple process. They did most of the paperwork and I never had to leave my house. Daniela Tovar was informative and helpful during the whole process and I had any questions answered quickly. I highly recommend anyone buy a car through this site!

GettaCar and Cat Thompson were great to deal with. Everything went smoothly and just as they said it would. The delivery was on time and they took the time to check everything out with me before leaving. I couldn't be happier. This is the first time I purchased a car on the internet and it went perfect. Absolutely amazed by the entire team at Getacar. Having always purchased from the standard dealer this online process was new to me and WOW !! I will Never hesitate on this company. From start to finish I felt professionally handled. They answered every question without hesitation and really made me feel taken care of. I cannot Express enough how awesome this experience was. purchased a truck from the Danis owned online dealership, Get-A-Car. The sales portion of the experience was great. BUT....................... this is where it ended. Six months later the registration and title are not in my possession. So many phone calls and texts have been made on my end only to be told that I have to deal with the customer representative. He has tried to help but getting no where. I went to PennDot and found the paperwork from Get-A-Car was incorrectly submitted 2 times. While the sale was a pleasant experience, this debacle over paperwork is proving to be a nightmare.

Paperwork Screw Up

purchased a truck from the Danis owned online dealership, Get-A-Car. The sales portion of the experience was great. BUT....................... this is where it ended. Six months later the registration and title are not in my possession. So many phone calls and texts have been made on my end only to be told that I have to deal with the customer representative. Totally dishonest

Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I tried to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.

We have a feature on our vehicle page that hotspots minor imperfections. We also provide 25-30 pictures which include interior (which are typically pictured in slots 12-15). We did issue the refund on 9/1 so please expect that back in 3-5 business days from that issuance date.
