I WOULD "STEER CLEAR," OF THIS GUY!

I never walked into a car dealership cash in hand and the guy said if your credit score isn't 650 or better YOUR NOT GETTING A CAR! That excludes 3\4 of the country! Also, he denied even knowing about the PRE-QUALIFICATION process that he has on his own website. I guess it's just there to make the dealership look better than they really are. Finally, THE OWNER REALLY SEEMS KINDA SHADY! All high mileage cars! I concluded that unless I was to pay it off right there, ge still wouldn't sell to a guy my age because I WOULD KNOW RIGHT AWAY I WAS GETTING A LEMON

I don't know about the dealership in general, but about

I don't know about the dealership in general, but about Sales Representative Lee Kruegger who I saw and spoke with when I came to the shop last Thursday, I can say that he ought to be fired! He refused to allow me to drive the The Jeep with the excuse that between the time that I called to say I was coming to the shop and my arrival there, the car's alternator had begun to malfunction! I found this highly improbable. Moreover, Mr. Kruegger took my phone number and promised to call me as soon as the alternator was fixed, adding that this would be no later than Monday of this week. Today is Wednesday and he has not yet called me. Incidentally, I have since then found other cars online that the shop has on sale and that I would like to consider before making my choice about which car to buy. But I am concerned about meeting another "friendly" reception again at the shop from Mr. Kruegger or someone like him. This is my phone number if someone in a management position at Adams Motors wishes to talk with me - 617-821-1922 Biodun Jeyifo

Awesome dealership for new drivers who are new to the

Awesome dealership for new drivers who are new to the road. Lee helped me immensely with connecting me to a nice gentleman with GEICO and he even registered and brought my plates to my car so it was ready to drive home. I would definitely recommend!

This dealership has a wide selection of vehicles. I went...

This dealership has a wide selection of vehicles. I went there because of a Town and Country mini van I was going to purchase, but when I got there I fell in love with a 2011 Chrysler 200, with remote start, moon roof and a luxurious interior. I give this place two thumbs up! Part owner, Lee K did all the paperwork and geico took care of the rest.

Unsafe Car Needs Thousands in Repairs

Bought a car for nearly $300 less than the online asking price, which was over our budget but we somehow made it happen because we thought the car was a decent a car. It turns out that after paying $5800 and being told that he wasn’t aware of anything being wrong with the car other than the sensor on the engine, we drove it, it sounded fine, we bought it. He said he’d change the MET sensor and we hoped he would, rather than just turn off the check engine light. Took the car for an inspection the same day we picked it up and it failed. We were told that he could tell there was a reset but couldn’t be sure the was MET sensor was replaced and recommended that we drive the car for 100 miles!! If the light came back on, it means they didn’t fix it. Thankfully the light didn’t come back on, but that was just the beginning of our problems. The next day, we took it to the dealer and we’re told that the car needs $6k worth of work and that the car wasn’t safe the drive because the springs were broken, it needed struts, a sway bar, wheel bearings, etc. When they lifted up the car to show us the urgency of the matter, we had no choice. We’ve since put $4k worth of work into the car just so it would be safe to drive. On top that, he gave us a car with a hood that doesn’t open and a key fob that doesn’t work. You can’t tell me that he didn’t know the hood didn’t open or that the key fob didn’t work. For the love of God, save yourself the aggravation and from financial ruin. But, most importantly, a person who is selling cars that are not safe to drive, is putting your life, the life of your family, and others at risk. Not worth it! Lastly, MA LEMON LAW DOES NOT COVER YOUR PURCHASE IF IT HAS OVER 125k MILES and most of their cars have more than that.

Friendly and honest folks who did not try to talk me out...

Friendly and honest folks who did not try to talk me out of my budget and made sure the car was in good shape before I drove it away. Will recommend to friends and family!
