Excellent Service

Great service, prompt and professional. Completed requested services within an hour. Had appointment, taken in immediately on arrival. Advised of related maintenance services that would be due soon. Very satisfied with this Dealership.

As expected

As expected, the service was exemplary. They also gave the finishing touch of running my car through the wash. I am pretty satisfied. I recommend Pedder Nissan highly.

Paul and Danny are AH-MAZING!!!!!

I brought my NV3500 into the dealership for warranty work to be done. Paul was the first service advisor and he went above and beyond to make me comfortable and addressed all of the issues I had. I unfortunately had to bring it back for additional work and I worked with Danny. Danny also went above and beyond to accommodate me to make the process as smooth as possible. I felt 1,000,000% at ease with these 2 service advisors. A true asset to Pedder Nissan

Service in his day and age is rare...

Danny was a great help eventually, took two day to get a battery for my truck, But alas it is finally in and working great.

Issue with car wasn’t address properly

I believe service techs or mechanics need to have better ways to diagnose issues in the newer vehicles, our car isn’t working right sometimes and they said “the computer isn’t finding anything so your car is ok”, they just replaced the transmission and once on a while the car wants to take off on its own which is why they replaced it, meaning the issue still there whether the transmission is bad again or the issue is somewhere else, so sad we bought a Nissan at the moment, the people attending is ok and I’m sure the techs too but not having the proper stuff can’t help at least my situation.

Best experience I’ve had a dealer

Best experience I’ve had a dealer and that’s because of the salesman Kyle Kirpluk this man is excellent there’s not ones he pushed a sale on me he made me comfortable and happy went out of his way to go help with my car to be prepped you guys need more salesman like Kyle hey service is literally 100 out of 10! Thanks again Kyle!! I will be bringing my family your way!

Sam, Jayson and Kyle Rock!!

My brother and I went in there looking for a vehicle for him he had a very specific vehicle in mind that he wanted but he did not have good credit at all. These three gentlemen went above and beyond to get my brother in the vehicle he wanted with a decent payment despite his bad credit. I would recommend this dealership to anybody and I will definitely be returning when I get my daughter a new vehicle thank you Pedder Nissan and a special thanks to Sam, Jayson and Kyle!!!
