    The service department is horrible, incompetent and unprofessional. They did not fix my car. They discussed my case with salesman who made unprofessional... remarks to me as I was leaving with my unfixed car and charged me $600 for a tune up and a battery. Kept the car for over 2 weeks and took it back 3 times in that 2 weeks for the same problem I took it in for. TERRIBLE! BELOW POOR!

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! CAN NOT SERVICE WHAT THEY SELL. Had our Nissan for over a week. A new battery and a tune up later still same problem (over... $600) with the excuse that we didn't buy the car there. The worst service department I have experienced! Charlotte W.

    We love going to Victory Nissan West in Dickson, TN. The service staff provide excellent service/maintenance. Our visits always include a warm welcome... from Chelsea, informational visits with Tony and a memorable escort to our clean car by sweet Norb. During our visits, the sales staff treat us like family, answering questions we have about the vehicles they have for sale. (I sure do like their Nissan Rogues.) The bottom line is that we always expect and receive the best quality service and we are treated like family. We are always satisfied with our visit and service at Victory Nissan West.

    Bad experience and will not purchase another Nissan or recommend dealership. Too many details of my poor experience to list and had my vehicle for less... than a month.

    When I called to follow up, I was told the repair was completed and they were taking the car now to wash it up. After paying for the service, we were... amazed to find the car had not been cleaned at all. That was disappointing. The repair, however, was well done.

    I have to change my 5 star review to a 1. The last 2 times I have been in to Nissan, their service has gone downhill. I was in there in May and today.... When I make an appointment I ask for detail and they agree, then when I pick it up or when I drop it off, they tell me their detail person isn't in and then today, he said they didn't do that anymore, but they would vaccuum my car. Needless to say, my car was not vacuumed. I had asked when I made the appointment if they could look at my bumper and make any recommendations to what needed to be done with the paint chipping. The person who brought me my service bill had no clue and there were no notes of that in my paperwork. My complaint here is they do not do what they say they will do. If these simple services cannot be done, then please let the customer know upfront while making the appointment. Don't let it go and leave your customer disappointed. This has happened with my last 2 appointments. The service department managers needs to pull it together and communicate. Because you appear to be incompetent and lazy to your customers.

    They didn't make the final cut, but McKenzie was helpful and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone in the Dickson area or neighboring area.

    Do excellent work always in a fair amount of time. Always wash your vehicle after repair before returning it to you.Easy to get an appointment. Very courteous.... Victory Nissan West is always clean. They are always ready to talk to you about getting you in a new or used vehicle.

    I had personalized attention and felt very much at home.They treated me with respect and valued! Did't have to wait long. My salesman, Nicholas Valdez... was well knowledgeable on cars. Love my new car. Highly recommend this dealership!

    Ask for a price on a used Chevy was told 18000 that same night seen the same vehicle for 15000 kind of made my mad and I won’t deal with then again
