They took care of me as I was his own family
I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

Still recommend after 4 years
I bought a 08 Honda Accord in 2018, I still drive the car. I bought it with 79k miles and now have 203k on it. Nothing bad has ever happened with it. Except normal wear and tear. One rule about buying used cars, either know what you’re looking for, or have someone else check it out.

Great place to find a gem.
Bought a Honda Pilot with 300k miles. Still driving it 2 yrs later. Not a single breakdown. Heading to buy another car this week. I see all the negative reviews. They sell used cars. You the buyer should know what to look for.

Wouldn’t recommend
Got a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse gt. Had check engine light and he claimed “only has 1 small sensor issue, ended up buying and it broke down twice on me and had 3 sensor issues and 2 leaks not sure witch tho. And I bought this car March of 2021 and STILL have not received the title. Called about it multiple times and have had rude people answer and claim to not know anything. Scam artist at its finest.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
HOW DARE YOU BOB’S AUTO RANCH?! Never buy your next car from here. I bought my car on DECEMBER 30th, 2020. It broke down on the side of the road with white smoke coming out of it on FEBRUARY 6th, 2021. I had it towed to an auto shop and then called the auto ranch who said to tow it to the auto ranch that Bob owns, good neighbor auto. Apparently the coolant and oil has mixed together, exploded all over the engine and made the car create white smoke and not accelerate. They fixed it and it lasted another month until it broke down on the side of the road and had the same issue on MARCH 6th, 2021. We brought it back to good neighbor and demanded it be fixed for free since obviously they didn’t do their job well enough and fix it last time. That lasted until APRIL 7th, 2021 when the car had the same issue all over again. This time I was done. Tried to sell it back to Bob’s Auto Ranch for less money than I paid for it, they said “no way, you’re saying that I sold you a broken car”. Which by reading this review you can tell that they did!🤬 So to sum up, it’s a scam artist of a business and a scam artist of a neighboring auto shop (good neighbor auto). I’ve had more car problems with the car I bought for them within the last 4 months than I’ve had in my whole lifetime. I had never been stuck on the side of the road before and now I have 3 times in 3 different months. So it’s your wallet’s funeral if you decide to buy a car from them. Oh and if they actually respond to this review, you will see that it will all be full of just defending themselves.

They should worry more about taking care of their customers...than voicing their opinion on social subjects and political viewpoints. You are a used car salesperson....why would anyone trust anything you say?

I would not trust them
Drove an hour to look at a car and when I got there found out it was covered in hail damage. Ad and pictures gave me no indication that this was the case. When I asked them about it they said the damage happened on their lot and they had not updated the ad. I looked at the car in March! The hail damage had to be from last summer. I guarantee I am not the first person to show up and be surprised. No excuse for the ad not indicating hail damage. I would not trust these guys.
