They don't respond to online inquiries at all. You could say that if I was really interested, I would call. But it's time saving and more efficient to send messages and then follow up when I get a response. So I did not interact further with Bob's because they ignored my message.

My son looked at cars and was not hassled. People answered questions for him. He bought a 2014 Kia FORTE 5 EX hatchback. Blue, ha is happy!

I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

Never got back to me about a car I was interested in. So far not impressed

I plan on driving there tomorrow. I haven't been able to get there yet. I tried calling him and his Secretary said she will have him call me back. But he never does. I also messaged him and got no answer. But I am going to go look at the car tomorrow. Thanks. Caroline

I bought a 08 Honda Accord in 2018, I still drive the car. I bought it with 79k miles and now have 203k on it. Nothing bad has ever happened with it. Except normal wear and tear. One rule about buying used cars, either know what you’re looking for, or have someone else check it out.

Bought a Honda Pilot with 300k miles. Still driving it 2 yrs later. Not a single breakdown. Heading to buy another car this week. I see all the negative reviews. They sell used cars. You the buyer should know what to look for.
