I would not trust them

Drove an hour to look at a car and when I got there found out it was covered in hail damage. Ad and pictures gave me no indication that this was the case. When I asked them about it they said the damage happened on their lot and they had not updated the ad. I looked at the car in March! The hail damage had to be from last summer. I guarantee I am not the first person to show up and be surprised. No excuse for the ad not indicating hail damage. I would not trust these guys.

Sold me junk!!

Sold me car that needed 2,000 worth of work. Now oil leak. Owe 6,000 on car I cannot drive without putting another 2,500 into it!! Never again!

good prices, honest, simple

No frills, simple easy cheap car buying experience. Guys are honest and keep prices low. You can find some really good deals and quality automobiles here. I’ve purchased 2 cars, a suv and a pickup from here over the years, I will continue to shop here when I’m ready for a new vehicle again

bad cars

looked at 7 cars on this lot and all of them had check engine lights with multiple problems. cars over priced for having to fix yourself after purchase. one car battery died on test drive.

Searching for Mercedes Benz 190 E 2.6 For Project

Not much to say as I have only communicated via email but their representative couldn’t understand why I could not meet him in person as I live in Colorado

First time buying from Bob?s

Had been looking for a month for a vehicle. Went to Bob?s for the first time and found a car that fit our budget. Everyone, from Bob to the sales guys, were very polite and helpful. A great experience, I would buy from Bob?sagain.

horrible cars and trucks

Bought a truck at a good price. Put 3000 miles on it and 7000$ in the shop. Still a pile of crap!

Wonderful experience

I did end up purchasing an SUV here and the entire experience was wonderful. The sales people made it clear they were available yet did not hover and try to pressure you. The mechanic that greeted us when we first parked was also very friendly and social even though talking to us is not really his job. Our questions were answered and even after we had narrowed our interests to 3 different cars and we grabbed a sales person to ask questions, they STILL were not high pressure. We are in love with our SUV that we purchased, and the service was just the right amount of being available without pressuring us.

Good service but van broke down a week later

Good service. We bought a van a few months ago it was fine for a week and then broke we tried to have it fixed by our mechanic they can't figure it out so now it sits we simply can't afford any more money trying to fix it. I now can't get to work or kids school things or monthly doctors appointments.

Laid back, country feel with great service

I read a lot of reviews before deciding to go to the dealership and I decided to give them a chance. I found the car I wanted on cars.com and walked in Bob's and asked to drive it. They gave me keys without needing my license-they told me to drive it and see if I liked it. I drove the vehicle and was pleased with It. It was priced right and there was nothing wrong with it. The dealership was busy the whole time I was there but I never felt neglected. I asked for a CarFax and was given it promptly. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks Rob! I would definitely go back.
