2011 Ford Edge, Service Department was outstanding, cannot find enough good things to say about Chuck and the other guys in service. The Salesman and Sales Manager at the used car Division, that's another story. I had the car in 3 times, and all they wanted to do was look at the car, and tell me repeatedly there was nothing wrong. I will never again deal with Danny Bledsoe or Scott. Very unsatisfied with them on a problem that existed from the time I test drove the vehicle and let them know there was a problem
