Great experience, very friendly and easy to work w

Very friendly, went in to buy a used vehicle but actually ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle. Was helpful and even worked with our less ghen perfect credit

Make sure you have a great salesman

Working with mike was great! However on August 12 we unfortunately had to work with another salesman Steven due to Mike being with other clients. We ended up lurching a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT- which we were told was an eco boost, could pull our camper and boat, could tow over 10,000 lbs. well 1 week after purchasing we took out the camper low and behold it can't really pull the camper the way it should per what we were told. We took it back up to them to see what could be done- and low and behold nothing could be done!! Mike literally tried to fix this situation. But the sales manager said there was nothing they could do. So unfortunately we ended up trading in my vehicle just to be able to have something to tow our camper and boat. Am I fully happy about the situation no I am not, do I feel this still needs to be rectified yes I absolutely do. We went to Mt.View looking for our forever dealership, we want a dealership we can always go to. Now with that all said, if you go to Mt.View, I highly highly recommend you go see Mike he is by the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He isn't pushy, he isn't Conceded, he is down to earth and honest. Mike really did try to rectify a bad situation not caused by him, although unsuccessful he still at least tried. He did get us into a vehicle new than mine with 87,000 less miles on it so we could tow our camper and boat safely. Even though it wasn't what I wanted to trade my care for but still did what we needed.

Not so happy

Ok.so went in spoke with younger salesman he was great I was looking for a used car to put 1500/2000 dwn if I needed a co signer had 1..ok all information guy asked for I had I'd ss card bank info disability info housing..even was ready with insurance I looked at a 2017 Rouge, which may have been a stretch..but I looked pk salesman came back ok we can do the deal with 1500 dwn..I explained I needed 5 days so I could collect monies from source ok no problem. Salesman says come with money in hand ok he calls me a few times Great customer service.grt money ho back iam sent to Anothet salesman who needs everything all over again. 3 hrs in finally shows me a Rouge a beat dwn dent on driver side filthy inside torn carpet seats tint peeling Rouge 😅I asked wat was this he says only thing in your price range Wayed 4 1/2hrs still no car And I had a trade in!

wasted our time

Before I complain I will say the staff was nice and friendly and the dealership clean. My gripe is I came to look a specific used car even called ahead and was told it was there. Once I got there granted anout 4 hours later I was told it didnt pass safety and went to auction. Instead off apologizing and informing me they had nothing compareable they proceded to keep saying "wait a minute" and show me everything I didnt want.

Excellent

From the first contact with Andy Price to the sweet and whitty finance guy who checked us out, this place is 1st class. Eveyone I met when above and beyond. I highly recommend them and of course Andy!
