We were looking for a jeep. Melvin was very nice and friendly. There was no pressure from the salesman. While we were getting paperwork done Melvin was very funny. I would recommend using him if you buy a vehicle from here.

Brim is the BOMB!
I had the pleasure of working with Brim on getting new tires for my vehicle. Brim took a lot of time with me on several options for new tires, and also helped me figure out what items needed to be done to my vehicle for maintenance past 70,000 miles. I was able to save quite a bit of money not only using an instant tire rebate, but also a coupon for 15% off services of $500 or more. I used to go to another dealership for service about a year ago, but now that I've switched to Jim Keras Nissan, I'm a completely happy camper. This dealership's service department should be an example of all others! Thank you Brim & team!

Wonderful Customer Service
The people at Jim Keras Nissan have been Heaven sent from the time I purchased my new car in 2015 all the way til now. I was a first time buyer and purchasing was so smooth. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ryan Fine. After then my service visits have been great with little wait time, they get the job done and thoroughly explain what they did. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone and I plan to stay with them forever!

NEVER BUY FROM THEM
This dealership puts in a lot of unnecessary charges so that they get rich at your expense. They will charge for things you do not need (like "in case you lose your key") and yet refuse to provide you with the things you need (like a missing key). If you are buying from them, be vigilant and NEVER trust their word. They are not honest at all. DO NOT drive a vehicle out of the lot if they do not meet your demands. If you do just forget it. They will waste your time and won't do anything about it.

I wish all companies offered this survey, it holds the person accountable and helps them to have higher standards. The time was supposed to be 2.5 hours they were finished in 1 hours, that was very nice also.
