Service on 2014 Altima
I am a transplant to Memphis. Moved here about 5 years ago. So when I need things done I have to rely on word of mouth. I originally brought my 2007 Sentra to be serviced by you all and I always received EXCELLENT service. And yesterday, March 14, 2007 when I brought in my 2014 Altima for recall service, was no exception. Tyree told me that for the 3 services the expected wait time would be about 2 and a half hours. I came prepared. Head phones... Netflix password. I settled in and prepared to watch a couple episodes of one of my shows. Half way through the second episode Tyree came to get me and said they were all done. I couldn't believe that they had shaved an entire hour off my wait. I'll probably always drive a Nissan. And as long as I live in Memphis, I will bring them to Jim Keras for service.

Best service ever.
Couldn't be better! The service provided included oil change, recall for my transmission software, new tires and balance which Robert (Brim) Brimhall told us about the special being offered and the rebate offer and he even filled out the rebate form . Both my husband and I are handicapped....so it was a great experience all around. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of water and popcorn, too. thanks sooooo much. Polly and Dick Fadgen

Great Service Experience
March 8, 2017 had 10 am appointment for software update on transmission [recall]. On arrival vehicle was taken back immediately by Thomas. In 40 minutes procedure completed. The waiting room was comfortable. Thomas as always been great to work with and extremely cooperative and thorough. I can always count on him to help me if there are any issues, which with this vehicle are few. This is my second Nissan from this dealership and from sales, management and service I don't believe you can find a finer organization. Dorothy

My experience was highly informational and comforting
I give This dealership a 5 star rating for quality and affordable! I'm a college student with a busy schedule and I don't ready have time for car trouble ! My salesman Demetrius worked with my budget and I was able to drive away with a 2017 Nissan Versa ! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle!

Friendly Fast Professionals
When I went into Jim Keras Nissan for an oil change, Robert quickly did my paperwork and got my car back to JP. JP completed the service promptly and walked me to the cashier. I was in and out in less than an hour without a scheduled appointment! I didn't have to spend my day off waiting! They were wonderful!! Thanks again!
