If you’re wondering whether or not to trust a dealership with your vehicle, look no further than the holy grail that is 1st Nissan of Simi Valley! When my car started needing service after service, I grew tired of other dealerships taking advantage and constantly trying to upsell me at every turn. I saw the reviews for 1st Nissan and took a chance. I am so glad that I did. With multiple services needed, I got well acquainted with the staff and could not have been happier. Not only did they resolve every issue in a timely, pleasant manner, but they also remained unparalleled in pricing. Jordan, in particular, is a true gentleman and genuinely cares about his customers. The trustworthiness factor is off the charts. Never once was I solicited for services that I didn’t need. Never once did anyone make me feel rushed or silly if I needed further explanation or detail. They are all truly kind and patient, which is very rare in this world. To top it off, I recently had a warning light pop up and then disappear, so they took the time to investigate my car all day long and could not find any repairs that were needed, so they did not even charge me. Oh, and they put my car through the wash, just because. Who does that?! Apparently, 1st Nissan! If ever someone deserves your business, it is 1st Nissan. Please come here, you won’t regret it!

I appreciate the friendliness and no pressure approach of the salesperson along with the friendliness of the staff. I felt heard regarding my needs as a potential car buyer and all my questions were answered. My experience was very positive and in the end my needs were met and now I am enjoying an amazing car. I am new to driving an EV car and was provided great information about it and all my questions were answered. I felt taken care of by First Nissan! I would definitely recommend First Nissan to anyone out there looking for their next car! and if you are considering an EV vehicle- do yourself a favor and get in an ARIYA! WOW!!

Everyone in the Maintenance Department with whom I

Everyone in the Maintenance Department with whom I interacted listened to my concerns and answered them clearly. Especially, Martha H. is very capable and knowledgeable, and kept me informed and updated as my service progressed. Of all the service departments elsewhere with which I've dealt, First Nissan is by far the best in customer care, which is why I come the extra distance to First Nissan from the San Fernando Valley.

The Sales staff were very knowledgeable and

The Sales staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I wanted a specific car model and color and they found it for me. The Finance Manager was quick and made the transaction easy. It was a pleasure doing business with 1st Nissan of Simi Valley.

I have been with this dealership for many years.

I have been with this dealership for many years. At my recent visit I was assisted by Martha Hernandez, service advisor. I called as I noticed an issue with my car starting. She provided excellent service by getting my car in right away, providing an estimate and my battery was replaced. Her demeanor was professional and more importantly caring about my situation. It is nice to see that there are women in the service area.
